Kelly and her team give good old fashioned honest customer service. Be prepared to spend some time looking at all the beautiful landscaping products and in the cool gift shop. Plus you are guaranteed to have a few good laughs while visiting! Great people with super products. Highly recommend.

I can't tell you how great these folks are here...they can sort you out with any of the landscaping materials you are looking for. Best quality top soil in the Southern Okanagan. Not to mention the wide array of synthetic grass and quality products that will make your landscaping project something your neighbors will desire.Give them a call or simply go down to the location to view all the great products.CONTACTORS also welcome.

Excellent customer service and quality products. Ordered rock and sod to landscape my backyard, good prices on rock and best deal for sod. The rolls from pac haven are longer and better price than the sod my neighbour ordered from the Fraser valley. Picture in review was taken about a month after I laid down the sod. Would highly recommend pacific haven to anyone!

I've gone here many times before and never had, someone greet me so so crustilly!! I know that is not a word but I think it should be, because this lady was not happy to be there, and it was not a pleasant experience.Manager was very helpful and resolving this issue. Hopefully people are more friendly there now. For this reason I have changed my review. As no other company has reached out trying to fix the problem.

This family run landscape supply is amazing. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! The yard is kept so clean and organized. The office smells amazing, full of essential oils, crystals and cuteness. I really enjoy coming here. Prices are all reasonable as well.
