I went there last week to buy some pjs and underwear for my wife and Daisy helped me find everything I needed. I would totally recommend coming to this store, such a great customer service and good variety.

I went to this location to pick up and try on a bikini top that I had found online and had put on hold as I needed it right away. I was helped by Brianna in the fitting room and she was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me find other options and to feel comfortable. Thank you so much Brianna. I also want to thank her manager Desiree for letting me know where to show recognition of my great experience. She was just as wonderful and welcoming. Thanks to you both!

Marked their bras incorrectly and won't honor the pricing code. So disappointing. I guess the cashier owns the place. It's Sunday at 2pm. Caucasian cashier needs to be re educated about being polite.

This is best location in the gta. Amazing selection and staff- always polite and friendly.

1) Employee (don't know her name) number 241336 as mentioned on the receipt at checkout counter has to be taught basic customer service skills.- First of all we asked her to use our virgin plus member benefits coupon and the way she said NO was weird.- Lateron my wife picked a particular item to buy which had the additional 50% sale price on it. Instead of double checking the sale offer she straight said NOOO that it's not on Sale and it's regular price only. Going ahead she said that there might be a different similar product on sale. Lateron in the day we checked the website that the product (Model# 60500059) was on additional 50% sale price and the lady gave us a WRONGGG information. That's not the way to treat your customers Mam.2) Employee named Tanya was the best. She was very helpful and kind. Such employees are an asset to any organization. ☆☆☆☆☆ only for Tanya.

When you buy something they lié to you that you can exchange or you can get à refund. I went to return 2 items within 30 days and I was told it was final sale. The receipt does not say either that is final sale. I will never step into that store again.

The staff were so lovely and patient. I struggle with numbers and the staff didn't mind repeating prices for me at all. There was a ton of bathing suit selection as well and really good deals. Got two tops for 10$ each.

Speaking myself it can be really awkward in a woman's intimates store when you're a guy. Besides the occasional stares from other customers I never know what I am looking for and where to find it! Lol Luxkily the stafg hefe are amazing, I was kiterslly hand held through all of my purchases and having someone with me made things a lot more comfortable. Last minute shopping and it didn't even feel like it.

Went shopping today for some new items. Was greeted promptly by employees and asked if I needed any help. The shopping experience was great untill we went to pay at the cash register. The employee #239700 made me want to just leave all my items and be done with it. She literally turned her back to us all the while talking to her fellow employees during the transaction. What happens when you are doing something while getting distracted? Yes, you make mistakes. Sure enough she made mistakes in my transaction. That did not stop her from turning her back to us again and continuing talking to her coworkers again. Manager or whoever, please guide this employee what customer service is all about, it is a store, not a social club. I never leave any reviews, but seriously at this point I prefer self-check out than so called customer service"."
