Kelowna Pet Resort

Fabulous kennel. Extremely well run and designed. My small dead and mostly blind dog gets great treatment in the lap dog lounge. They also have small dog and big dog sections. And they board cats (separately), too

This is a fantastic pet resort. Nothing compares to anything around Naramata where we live. Friendly and professional staff that know dogs. Winter ( our husky) was very at home here and didn’t really want to leave when we picked her up after our holiday. We don’t worry and we have no stress leaving her there. Thank you to all that work there.

I really love Kelowna Pet Resort. All of the staff are so friendly and my dog wags her tail at them all. I feel so confident that she's looked after like she's their own.She loves her daycare days at KPR and I try to take her twice weekly on a consistent basis.I love that there is a big space for them to truly run around and get fresh air. I live on the west side and all of the daycares over here have very small outdoor spaces.I really appreciate that KPR trials all new dogs and they were so patient with mine when we first got her going there last year. She took a couple trial days to get comfortable enough to get the most out of her time there, but once she realized it's a safe space and got to know all of the new people, she thrived.Daycare is definitely not for all dogs, as many can be too introverted and overwhelmed in the environment, but I really appreciated that KPR staff knew my dog would be able to truly enjoy herself once she had a chance to ease into it.Twice a week is plenty of daycare time for her, and as often as possible I try to space out the days so it's not back-to-back. I can tell after a day of daycare, she likes to roam around on her own on our walks and not socialize with other dogs as much. It's all about balance. The days she's at KPR, she's in her playful pup energy (at 2.5 years old) and trying to befriend every dog she sees.Thanks so much to Diana, Brad, and the rest of the KPR staff. You're all amazing. We started using the Kelowna Pet Resort boarding services for both our dog and cat in November 2017. Our dog Molly loved it so much that we began to add weekly Doggy Daycare in 2019 and have been going ever since. The staff are caring and quick to let us know of any issue if they occur. Molly is always excited to see her friends" and is so eager to be there that she literally sprints through the entry gates s soon as we release her from her leash.The facilities are bright and clean and the staff are amazing. The pictures they post are pretty awesome too (see attached)! I would highly recommend the Kelowna Pet Resort for both boarding and daycare to anyone who may be interested."

This place takes in our furry friend every so often and he always leaves happy. They have 3 different sections - the meow motel (we use), and a spot for big and little dogs separated. It’s not like a regular kennel, our kitty gets his own room with a scratch post and room to move around, they also come and play with him. We always feel so comfortable with the staff here and the prices are incredibly affordable! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for help!

I am really sad to be giving this review... However, after taking our very energetic and playful pup home after two nights she seemed quite down and needing a lot of running to get her energy out. I was under the assumption due to the beautiful grounds and the doggy day care that they have that she would have been active for most of her visit. However, after contacting Kelowna Pet Resort directly to ask about the routine of the day it turns out the pups only get 20 minutes of play time/day. Therefore she was in her cage for nearly the entire time she was there. I am quite upset and feel really guilty about sending her here.

The Kelowna Pet Resort is amazing! They took great care of my kitten Lilly on her first stay away from home. The staff members are so so friendly! I emailed a few times to check in throughout the week and they sent updates and pictures❤️She has another stay booked in a couple weeks and I know she will be well taken care of☺️Highly recommend!!

We are so happy to have found KPR for our dogs Maggie and Sophie. Our pups LOVE spending the day at KPR and always come back happy. The staff are amazing, caring, kind and they are always happy to see our girls. The facility is exceptionally well managed, clean and quite spacious with designated areas for different size dogs. We highly recommend KPR!!

Our dog Scooter was at the resort for 2 weeks, when we pick him up he was very happy to see us and also in fantastic shape. They took great care of him and was a very happy dog. Thanks pet resort, great staff!
