Horrible place for the alterations and dry cleaning. The lady is not professional and damaged my shirt. She didn't even apologize and accept that she had done an awful job. NEVER go to this place.

Very rude. I was scolded for my shirts being buttoned. I apologized but it wasn't enough for this lady. She just wouldn't shut up about the issue. Don't go here unless you are okay with rudeness.

Worst place ever!! I took my Uggs boots here to be cleaned. When I picked them up I noticed they were not mine. They were a half size too snug and the inside fur was completely worn down (mine was in perfect condition). When I came back to explain what had gone wrong they were SO RUDE. They never apologized, never made an attempt to get my boots back, and did not compensate me for the loss. So I essentially paid to have my nicer boots cleaned for someone else and had to throw out the pair that didn’t belong to me. Worst. Ever.

Had many alterations for pants and also coat sleeves lengthened here. Every time the quality was very good and never disappointed. Explain what you'd like and they do it. Shop may seem old-school, but work is good quality.

My normal dry cleaning was closed so I used services of this place. They did a decent job on cleaning, but service was horrible. Very rude and disrespectful. Would not go back

Its my first time here... I left a bunch of shirts for dry clean, I went to pick them up today, he charged me $2 each but for one of them, he decided to charge $10 (because its 10 cm longer in length than all my other shirts). He kept calling it a dress... even though it had my name Anthony" written on the shirt. I told him

I took some of my clothes for cleaning and they came back alright, so i took several of my wife’s clothes for cleaning. Two wool coats came back with a lot of pilling and on one coat that came back hidden in the middle of the stack, two buttons had been broken so half was missing and several decorative elements had been destroyed.
