Jonah and his team were super-fast, easy to work with and did a tremendous job. Very professional. Our house looked lovely and it made our Christmas bright and cheerful. Highly recommend this company - they did a great job!

Installers did not show up when expected; one installer accidentally cut a live wire and we lost power to the entire house and they fried the power socket they originally wired all the lights to; they had to rewire the lights and it became a hatchet job as they spliced and moved it to another socket; I asked their installers to have the owner contact me to let me know when they would send an electrician out to review the damage, I never got a call from the owner. I emailed the owner to explain and to say that no big deal things happen but he needed to repair the electrical damage and didn't hear from them still. I wrote them and said that I would get my own electrician in and send them the bill - again no response. Could not get in electrician due to it now being so close to Christmas. Whatever damage was caused led to our light switch that controlled the lights not working anymore - lights would randomly go on, randomly go off and we had no control over them the entire time. After Christmas they write my wife with 3 options for when we want the lights taken down and she chose the 3rd one which is end of January - they replied Confirmed". They showed up a few days ago (over 2 weeks early) and while I was in an important meeting at home went on our roof and took down the lights so we could not even enjoy them as requested. The owner has made no attempt to reach out to fix the situation

I am so disappointed in this company. I have used them for 2 years. This year they send me a quote which has a $896 increase. So glad business is so good for your company that you can afford to lose business. You say it is out of your hands but it is your company and not giving your loyal customers even a heads up is such bad business. Business are built or torn down from word of mouth.

I've chosen their service for 2yrs ,Jonah and Jesse always do good job. Beautiful lights on the roofline and you would never worry about any issue. They will contact you when the season comes and take off the lights after the season. Jesse would check every single light after he finish installation. Strongly recommend.

Complete Christmas Lights did a great job lighting up the outside of my house. They were prompt with the quote and then the installation a few days later. I had a couple of minor issues with a loose wire and a bulb not completely screwed in, and they were back the next day to correct the issues. Unbelievable service. I would highly recommend their work.

I have been using Complete Christmas Light Company for 3 years. They call me in fall, come out and install the lights on my home. Then come back in the spring to remove. I literally have to do nothing. Highly recommend to anyone! Very professional!!

Jonah and his installer Joshua did an awesome job on our house! They were both easy to work with and were very accommodating. Joshua's attention to detail on the install was excellent and we will definitely recommend them to our neighbors!
