Pearson Airport Terminal 3

Pretty nice as far as airport terminals go. Have seats with tablets you can order food from and play games on, etc

The process was easy going came in after midnight so not to many people was there that need processing had to step into immigration because it never fail me beside that all went well

Flight PK 784. Date 6th JulyPIA allows 2 luggage of 28 KgI was carrying only one which was a little over weight and was 33 Kg. The boarding agent a lady said you cannot take 33 kg and have to remove 5 kg.I told that I am allowed 2 luggage of 28 kg each. If it is only 5 kg more where I can keep that 5 kg but she was stubborn. Really ridiculous. I have to remove 5 kg .There were some books which I removed and have to carry in hand and I was just carrying my laptop bag

One of the best Airport with high-tech facilities and easy to navigate.Fast security and border checks

We have the priority cards with Amex and with Westjet and showed it to the priority lane guy, and he wouldn't let us through without a QR code... um, we never had to show a QR code in 15 years and I had the actual physical cards in my hand.Some employees are just really uncooperative, and don't even know what they are doing.Thankfully the line wasn't too long but the point is, I shouldn't have to jump through hoops when I have the actual physical prority cards in my hand!

With time to kill while waiting for a flight out west, I found the shops open with few staff and even fewer shoppers. It was nice to be in an airport setting again... Everything was clean, well-sanitized, and orderly. Airport staff were busy but Canadian polite and helpful as usual. Food options in T3 aren't as great - look for the Subway restaurant as a cheap option.

Still blows my mind after all the one star reviews and constant complaints.This is our Pearson International Airport Terminal 3 arrivals, this is what we have……… broken chairs…No pride no leadership, I give up.

Unacceptable Behavior from Check-in Staff at Pearson AirportI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the unacceptable behavior of a check-in staff member at Pearson Airport, who was representing Etihad Airways. Her unprofessionalism and impatience not only tainted the reputation of Etihad Airways but also ruined my overall experience in Toronto, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.On 31 March, I arrived at Pearson Airport to check-in for my flight with Aeromexico. Unfortunately, due to a mistake made by one of the staff members, I was directed to the check-in counter for Etihad Airways. When the staff member at the Etihad Airways counter was unable to locate my flight information, I informed her that my flight was with Aeromexico, expecting her to understand the situation and guide me to the correct counter.Instead, the staff member became irate and yelled at me for not knowing which airline I was flying with. She also slammed her mouse on the desk in a fit of rage, creating a loud noise and further escalating the situation. This was not only unprofessional but also completely uncalled for, given that the initial mistake was made by her colleague, and I had not been confrontational in any way.This type of behavior is inexcusable and reflects poorly on both Etihad Airways and Pearson Airport. It is my belief that this staff member should face serious consequences for her actions, as they have damaged the reputation of the airline and the airport. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that no other passengers have to endure such an appalling experience.

This is a very huge and magnificent airport with friendly staff all the way.One thing to keep in mind is that you should try and arrive early for your flight because the airport is super busy.Terminal 3 is gorgeous with lots of restaurants and shops as well. The only downside is that their men washroom ran out of toilet tissue.
