Came to this location for Father's Day we walked in and the place smelled dirty like sewage or something. We ordered our food for a group of 7 and none of our meals came out at the same time some of our table was done eating before the last meal came. Fries were soggy chicken was dry and the service was not great.

Great service and the food is fresh and tasty. Bernice is my dogs favourite person as he has come to associate his favourite soup with her at the drive through. She’s awesome and always gets the order right. Thank you.

Really disappointed this time around. We wanted to eat in and after ordering were told to sit down.Manager (?) delivered food to us with his mask below his nose. He went to leave when my husband asked him if they check vaccine passports as I am very immune compromised. He looked surprised. Covered his nose and then asked for our passports. He did take the cashier to the back, so guessing she was reminded to ask for them. Still not sold that they actually check for them here without being asked. Cheap plastic forks broke on both of us when we put them into our chicken.Staff were friendly despite not being asked for our vaccine passports.Food was good, regardless. We do love their chicken and rib combos. Just unsure, as an immune compromised person, if we will return. We usually get our food to go from here but this experience shook our confidence a bit for dining in.

Food came so fast. Same experience as any other Swiss Chalet. Great value and food. Manager was walking around checking in guests. Will be back.

We are visiting Edmonton from Toronto. We went in expecting it to be a full secure restaurant. It was order at the front a self seating but the service was amazing! Everyone was extremely kind and they even brought our meals to the table. The manager was checking in on us and other customer consistently. We recommend.

I read all the reviews before going here. I brought my own knife and fork as one reviewer said their plastic forks broke. They give you a proper knife and fork now. I also got them to credit my Scene account, which I would not have known, that they participate with the Scene program, had another reviewer not mentioned it. Our quarter chicken dinners were fine. No complaints. They sure give you a lot of fries! All the staff that I dealt with were very friendly. So, no complaints whatsoever! I would go again.

Ever since it changed ownership or whatever happened, the service is pretty bad, I once got a chicken burger that just had... chicken. No mayo, no lettuce/coleslaw. The quarter chicken dinner has been getting smaller and smaller, sometimes with very bad pieces of chicken which you can barely get any meat off of. It used to be so good. :(

Raw chicken, cold, dried out, found hair, and refusing to serve me. I have ordered a handful of times from this location. And there is problems everytime. The normal manager I spoke with has been great, but another manager now is refusing to help. I have had wrong items in my order, super dried out chicken, missing ingredients, and hair found. This other manager told me they will not refund me, not replace, and tells me to never stop here again. He also said I was the problem everytimeUpdate: Its been over a month, and both this location and customer service have done nothing. They refuse to contact me and refund me. Horrible location with horrible staff and a horrible manager.

It is with a Harvey's. More fast food than a sit down restaurant. The chicken and fries were good. The ribs were a little tough though.
