Seriously top notch customer service. The people here are friendly, knowledgeable, and actually care about making sure you are set up for success with your pool. I bought a refurb Dolphin CC robot that they inspected and refurbished in house. The price and warranty couldn't be beat and it was evident that they stand behind their product. I drove in from out of town and the experience I had at the store (and on the phone afterwards when I needed some help) made the drive worth it. The robot is working great! This is my first inground pool, and compared to the experiences I've had at other stores in Brantford, I'm tempted to make the drive to The Pool Shoppe for any supplies I might need in the future.

Can't say enough good things about The Pool Shoppe. Their staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the different features of each pool vacuum, and were great at identifying the best product for my price point and needs.They went above and beyond when my 5 month old son started crying in store. A kind employee came over and was talking to him to try and help calm him down.Finally, I ended up ordering a vacuum off of their website later in the day, and it was delivered the same day before dinner!Thank you for the wonderful experience, such great customer service is a rarity these days!

Terrible customer service. I usually go to this company for all my spa and pool needs on a regular basis despite hearing my own clients complain of their customer service over the last 2 years.I contacted their office on the 22nd and spoke to Michelle about my concerns with my pool cover sinking due to rain while i was away, she asked me to send pictures and I did the same day. After 4 days, her response was sending me a quote for 250.00 to ONLY remove the cover. I initially explained my issue was the debris and dirt that fell into the pool when the cover sunk. I can clean my own cover and remove it myself. My concern was and continues to be, the debris in the pool and the need to have professionals sanitize the water for the season.

Knowledgeable staff. Great service. Can be a dangerous place with all the stuff in there for sale. Go in for chemicals come out with a shuffleboard table.

I am very disappointed with this company I had a pool installed back in July 2021 the following year I started to have wrinkles in my liner my water was checked it was fine I was told to send pics I did a month goes by and I call I get told its been sent to the accounts department. I don't get a response until Feb. of 2023 only to be told my liner is not under warranty and another one would be offered at a discounted price I told them no I'm not spending more money on my pool they installed it nobody came out to look they have done nothing for me. This year the wrinkles are so bad I'm so un happy with my pool I don't know what to do? Why cant they come out at end of season and re stretch the liner Please help!

MASSIVELY disappointedwith the Pool Shoppe lately. Their staff is really helpful, but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS! Over $100 for a skimmer ring and lid. PLASTIC!!!! I'm starting to go there less and less, looking for other alternatives to purchase our pool needs. I will say, though, the water testing area is helpful and free, but expect a long wait.
