My partner made an appointment a couple days in advance, very pleasant on the phone. She was running a little behind the morning of the appointment and they assured her it was no problem when she called to inform them. The service was excellent. No extra fees or trying to upsell on things you don't need. The work was done faster than they quoted, which is always excellent. The tires are phenomenal. Thanks Kipping!

I was so impressed with the quality of customer service here. They were able to take my car the day after I called, and diagnosed the problem about 2 hours after I had dropped it off. They explained the problem to me clearly in a way that I could easily understand, and took the time to call the dealership to see if it was covered under warranty. Since it was, they role me that they would not charge me for the diagnostics as it was a simple issue. How honest and kind of them!!! If you want fair, honest diagnostics, I highly recommend this place. I will return the next time I need work done on my vehicle!

Went in last week to book an appointment to have the socket replaced on the driver side taillight. Asked the guy at the front desk approximately how long it would be, was told about half hour. Bring the truck in today, and ask again and the same guy at the front estimates a few hours. I ask why the difference, and he says that to replace the socket is going to be much longer to fix than just the light. Then has the audacity to say I should learn how to listen. I booked an appointment to replace the socket, not change the light. I would not recommend this garage to anyone, the guy at the desk is too busy playing on his phone to pay attention to what the customer is booking for long enough to input it to the computer in front of him.Regarding owners reply about being busy which has no relevance to the person booking my appointment not listening or booking me for the work I requested. It's not hard to listen to the customer request and book accordingly. This guy booked me for a light change when I requested to have the socket done. It's gross incompetence.

I go here for all my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LT needs. Big job, small job, I trust Kipping Tire (Firestone) on Ouellette and Giles for any kind of auto work needed on my vehicle.They always find the problem, or the area of preventative maintenance needed attention whenever I ask for additional advice, give an honest quote, and fix the problem, or make my car 10 times better than before walking in.On top of that all, I find them to be very professionally mannered, and polite.This automobile garage is definitely one you must try.

Never ever go tothis place!!!!I walked in last week to get DRL modified on my car and the guy inside told me it will cost 200$( 100$ for the kit and 100$for the labor). And today someother guy on the phone says it will be 280$ and installation separate! The kit costs 100$ literally. and this guy just tried to scam me! literally!!

Amazing staff! I bought my first car in June and have no clue what I’m doing. I brought my car there and they checked the fluids for me and topped them up. Thank you so much for helping me out with my car and answering all of my silly little questions. I truly appreciate the service and kindness!

Fair prices and quality work every time

Appreciated the service that Derek Kipping provided in replacing my summer tires, but also was very helpful in trying to source out winter tires that seemed to be out of stock everywhere. He kept looking and finally found some, but I was able to find a solution with my car dealer in the meantime. Communication was excellent and he didn't leave you hanging like some places I've dealt with.

Every visit is awesome. Michelle and the staff at Kipping are super friendly, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. It’s nice to have a mechanic to go to that you feel comfortable with and know that you’re not being taken advantage of or paying huge amounts for basic services. 100% recommended to everyone looking for basic services all the way to full large jobs. These guys are amazing! Keep up the good work guys. You have a customer for life.
