My experience at Hub International in Armstrong was literally life changing!!I surrendered my license there on Oct 2nd, 2021.A year later I landed an amazing career job and went to renew my license, just to find out that Hub International in Armstrong didn't submit my paperwork!Amazing career job requires a license and now I have to wait another three more months to get my license back.LIFE CHANGING MOMENT AND TOTALLY CAUGHT OFF GAURD.I wouldn't have expect this type if service from a name like Hub International.Honest mistakes happen and ICBC was understanding and willing to help fix and back date everything, unfortunately Hub International in Armstrong was not!!All they had to do was literally anything, they could have just said I was there, or I acknowledged surrendering my license, or my paperwork must have been mispled, or literally anything, and that would have been fine for ICBC.A year ago!! 3 months has gone by 4 times.When I realized I wasn't talking to the real manager I was put through to someone else, who claimed to be the manager and she immediately got rude, defensive, and very unprofessional!I was very clear that I could prove I was there and that their actions were not only unprofessional, but childish, unnecessary, and very damaging!I'm now starting a claim for the damages this has caused me and my family, starting a claim at the BBB, getting ahold of the head office. I have also acquired the social media platform Everything BC, to share this entire story, will be live Tuesday.

My rates had gone up and I asked Jackie why? She claimed she could not tell me why and that she did not know. After call the 1-800 I was told that Jackie should have informed me that while my base rate went down the options rates had gone up and as did the monthly rate if you had not paid for insurance out right.Jackie : I was informed You where instructed to let the customer of these changes but all you said to me was “I don’t know”Staff need up-training, Management; get to work!

The lady said they couldn't accept my transfer paper because the writing was purple. It was all written in blue, it was to me and others very clearly blue. The other insurance agency down the street helped me out with no problems.

Very unfriendly, I went to sit down in the agents booth and almost had my head bitten off because I wasn't the next person to be served. At least tell me in a professional way. Some of the older gals should retire when it comes to that point.

Great staff. Very helpful.

Waited in a long line. Was Saturday of course. Wouldn’t expect much staff. Was about to be helped when clearly the agent knew the next person in line. Waste of my time sitting there. Wish I could have that time back.

Monday morning one auto INS person and one trainee. 45min still waiting. After a weekend where they are now closed. I would expect adequately staffed building on Monday.

I want to say how much I appreciate the service that I got from Nadia, having lost my wife 3 months ago, I was dreading having to deal with transferring her car into my name, but Nadia was so understanding, professional, and compassionate, she really made the process very easy for me. Thank you Nadia
