The Attic is truly the best place to sweat in Moose Jaw. It is an incredibly supportive and welcoming atmosphere. You can walk into a class feeling meh and walk out feeling incredibly motivated. I feel so lucky to have this studio in our small city.

I have been going for 4 weeks consistently now and have dropped 10 pounds. For any men out there and athletes in training, you should know that Spin is legit… I wish I had this when I was training in wrestling. My wife Teri’s spin and core Wednesday mornings is the best!

This is so unprofessional of one of your spin instructors to be messaging anyone like this. Spin class is supposed to be accepting of everyone and empowering. Knowing you employ someone so rude means I will never give you my business.
