This place is truly a family owned and customer oriented, We are new to the area and I have to say they have all of our business. They were kind, polite and answered way too many questions that I asked. Prices are decent in comparison, they were able to get me in quick and the service definitely goes above and beyond. Chad and the office manager (I'm sorry, I forget her name!) went out of their way to give me a boost and replace my battery when I was stranded on the side of the road. Another repair shop told me they couldn't help me, so when I called Wilson Street Auto I was expecting the same response, but they said 'no problem' and took care of me right away, even though they were very busy. Thank you for your compassion! You will be our mechanic from now on!

I can’t say enough good things about Wilson Tires. They literally saved our weekend camping trip.We were camping near by at Murphy’s Point. My trailer crank broke. I called and Kevin and Joey actually left the ship and came to help us jack up the trailer and hitch it to the car. We made it to the shop and they put on a new hitch which didn’t quite fit but they made it work. They saved us! It was very affordable considering what they did for us.Joey performed the work and was great. Kevin whom ai though was just a mechanic was awesome and down to earth. Turns out he’s the owner. You would never have known.If you need great service and work done I wouldn’t hesitate for 1 second to use Wilson Tires.Thanks again, you guys are great!Jay Jackson

I took my 5th wheel trailer for maintenance on the wheel brakes and bearings. Less than 10,000 Km later one of the wheels caught fire while on hwy 401. An emergency tow, emergency repairs done by a mobile repair company and a new tire costed over $3,000.00. Both the lead tow operator and the mechanic who performed the emergency repairs stated the cause of the fire was insufficient grease on the bearings.I contacted Wilson St shop who totally refused to accept any responsibility for their obvious sub-standard work without even reviewing the bill for the emergency repairs done. They also dismissed my request for compensation.Obviously, I don't recommend this shop for any work.
