After seeing Ricki for 4 visits, I have regained almost 75% flexibility and ease of movement. I also have about 40% less pain and no more pain spikes. I have been dealing with chronic pain for over 20 years and no other health professional has come close to achieving these results. Ricki is worth a visit, especially if you feel like you’re not making progress with other specialists.

I just wanted to say that Ricki Porter @ R3 Integrative Health literally saved my life!!The past 5 years I've seen over 13 different physical therapists (inc Physios, Chiros, Osteos, Acupuncture, MyoFascial Release, etc.) As well as 2 Rheumatologists and a Neurologist. None of them could help me!! My symptoms got so bad that just tapping my phone would cause pain in my hands, up my arm, to my neck, down my back, down my legs! Every joint was aching. Mobility was extremely limited.The thing with Ricki is he will be honest if he thinks he can help you or not. He won't keep seeing you just for your money. He will also recommend it if he thinks you are better seen by someone else. He’s got a heart to truly help people.I wont get into all the details, but at the end of 2021, I came to the end of my rope. When I first saw Ricki last summer, after a few sessions he recommended me to see a physiotherapist who specializes with the brain & a highly sensitized nervous system. He said I required much longer sessions than he offered, and said she would offer the best diagnosis for me. He was right. She was amazing & very thorough, but I was out of insurance coverage and could not afford the consistent treatment required…plus, treatment required a lot of self work that I was not quite ready for in the state I was in. So I was really in between a rock and hard place. So she recommended me to the Pain Clinic to get on some strong medication first. She said, in the meantime, any physical therapy I received to address my physical issues would just be misinterpreted by my brain as a threat…and would only make my Central Nervous System Sensitization symptoms worse! And that was exactly what I noticed the past 2 years!!! But at the same time, I needed physical therapy for the musculoskeletal issues I had. It was a horrible place to be in.When I contacted Ricki to tell him about my condition at the start of 2022, I told him I was at a dead end with no hope. He told me, he just had an opening for a new Case Study that day and I would be perfect for it. I almost broke down crying when he offered this to me!!I had to see him 2x/week for the 1st 12wks for double his normal session time. That's' what it took just to calm my nervous system down enough for him to start to address my physical issues! I'm still seeing him once a week now, as he said I have a lifetime of scar tissue, etc that is very tedious to clean up…but he’s doing an incredible job!! I can't believe the mobility I am getting back! I owe this man my life! I was a complete invalid…no one could help me…but he did!!! I can live again at 47!! THANK YOU RICKI !!!! <3 <3

Would definitely recommend R3 with worrisome tricky issues/injuries. Have been helped by Alex the past few months.Always takes the time to explain the process of what he’s doing with a positive and caring attitude.

Its not a cure, but it sure does help with the daily pain. I have been struggling for quite some time with back pain and Alex has been able to decrease my pain 98%. I only have to go see him once in a while now for treatment. I highly recommend R3

I had mobility issues due to hip and pelvis issues for over 10 years. I had a total hip replacement in 2017. The pain was gone instantly but full mobility had not returned. I tried many services since that helped but did not resolve outstanding issues. After only 2 visits with R3 Integrated Health (Ricki Porter), since late 2021, my mobility is back!

It has been my second time going to R3 and Alex is always great! He is a magician and know what to do to ease and eliminate your pain. It also does not seem like a patient transaction but a friend helping you out. Will keep going back and recommend your services. Thanks Alex and thank you R3.

I would definitely recommend Rick to any of my friends. He has helped me in eliminating pain in my shoulder, neck and arm on one side of my body. If I ever need help again, He will be the first person to visit. What a awesome feeling to be rid of chronic pain. Thank you Rick.

Ricki does outstanding work.There are those who actively use his skills and services, and those who have not.It's not even something you'll be able to explain to your friends.When you leave your appointment, you'll feel like you've received help and care, not that you just paid for a service.If you have a pain that you've been told you're just going to have to live with, go see Ricki at R3. You may find you don't have to live with that pain afterall.

After visit #2, Ricki has incredible knowledge of the human body and you can see his passion when he works - he cares so much, I call him my magician. I saw Ricki for a back pain (seeing my chiropractor monthly, massage and osteopath) and he communicates efficiently in sorting out the cause of the issue - tells me not really a back issue but hip, rib, neck, foot etc issues, and during the treatment I learned things from him I never would’ve guessed or found myself. I left feeling lighter and with less pain - after I leave I can’t wait to come the next week to fix other issues (mentioned about 6-8 visits total). If you have a pain, that is not going away, Ricki can possibly fix it - I truly recommend Ricki! (In my mind today, if Ricki can’t fix, not sure if anyone else can)Feel so much younger . . .
