I have been a client of Southgate and Dr. Paula MacPherson for 12 years. My family have joined me in recent years. Always great with schedules and the staff are all friendly and excellent.I do miss Lisa (my hygienist) but sticking with Southgate.

I have been a client with Southgate for some time now, and the staff have always been amazing to deal with. Recently I had an accident and damaged several teeth. The team at Southgate fit me in right away and have been continuing to work diligently with me to ensure I'm getting everyone corrected and done right as well. I couldn't be more happy with their services.

Dr. Paula MacPherson and the entire team at Southgate Dentistry set the bar for customer service, responsive communications and ease of direct billing for clients. They know patients by name, use technology to send helpful reminders and always greet you with a smile. Have an issue that needs immediate attention? They work to fit you in as soon as possible so you can get back to smiling with confidence.

Recommend by a friend, I switched to Southgate dentistry from another dentistry last year. The dentists here are really professional and friendly, especially Brianna. She is the sweetest person I have ever met. She always welcome me with beautiful smiles and talk to me with gentle voice. It all made the process less stressful. I don’t think I will change dentistry any more.

Dr Paula and her team are very professional and so sweet to deal with! I have taken my 3.5 year old to Dr Paula since she started needing dental care & they have always followed her cues and done whatever she allowed. She loves coming to visit (added bonus of new toothbrush & watching cartoons!) I have been amazed at the fluency of service each time I’ve visited the office. There is never an unrealistic wait time (which is nearly unheard of since Covid). I will always recommend their office to anyone, especially those with young children being introduced to dental care!

PLS RUN AWAY! I am honestly traumatized by this place. Every time I walk by I feel sick.Dr Paula and her staff and rude, unethical and unprofessional. They charged me $750 for a routine cleaning - which would normally cost $150-200 at other clinics(and be covered by insurance). Without my consent, they fixed my cavity and billed me another $2000. After I question the bill, they cursed me and call me a “drama queen” and tell me “$2750 is cheap for dental care in Canada”.When I tell them I cannot afford $2750 bill, they put it on my credit card anyway and refuse to provide any more help. I have a government job insurance, but it only covered $500 so I had to pay $2250 myself. After I called my insurance company, they told me this is not normal and I definitely got ripped off by this clinic.Now I am still trying to pay off the ridiculous bill Dr.Paula and her staff charged me. Dr. Paula also had terrible skill and one of my cavity filling fell off after 1 month.RE to Owner: I’ve uploaded the invoice picture to prove that the experience is all TRUE! I can also prove that I am a client of Dr. Paula, and I know a lot about her— cuz she won’t stop complaining about her family(mainly her brother and in-laws) when she was working.

This place is amazing. After years of experience, I can assure you that I got the best teeth cleaning here. Thanks Kathryn.

We had a wonderful experience every time we’ve been to the office! The staff is kind, gentle and courteous.
