Walmart Supercentre

Head checkout lady Jennifer's got to go. Horrendous customer service skills, never cracks a smile. She is super rude, and it is super necessary to get rid of her as we have several sketchy people in the area as it is.. other reps here are nice, smile, and actually do they're jobs. This lady is just miserable and doesn't want to be there with that attitude. Anyhow, good luck!!!p.s. very confident all other coworkers of hers feel exactly the same so don't take my word alone, ask around even if it may be annoynnous, you can tell big-time.

This is the most disorganized photo centre I have ever experienced going to. Placed an order on line. Got confirmation that my order was in. Went to pick up the following day just to be told by two employees that my order was not in. I however saw two of my boxes with my name on the shelf. They were too busy to continue to look for the rest of my order so they told me the rest wasn’t in and just to come back another time. I guess you have to find your own order there. I will never go back to this Walmart ever again!

Busy store over weekend. You can find most items in store for the entire family like food, clothing, toiletries, entertainment, household/ kitchen items, garden, pet needs, automotive, pharmacy, otherwise they have online store that you can order and can pick up in store when it's ready. Staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. Clean store/ facilities. Adequate parking space.

Worst location in the city, during the pandemic it had the most people who refused to wear and mask, they still have tones of rude customers all the time. The staff are not helpful at all, one even rolled there eyes at us and said they can't help us find what we were looking for even though it was in her area of the store. The homeless issue and begging around the walmart are terrible, the walmart in stoney creek has homeless beggers around there aswell but there not right outside the door, one begger even walked up to the car, begged for money and when we told her we didn't have change because we use debit she threw a fit.

This Walmart is closer to my home so I usually go there. I like their produce section as it’s always very well organized. Their clothing section is arranged and organized. The pharmacy is the best as they have a really good pharmacist working there. He is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I wish there were some more people visible in the grocery section to help you though. Otherwise I would still give this store 5 stars.

Generally good inventory, prices are reasonable, however customer service clerk was rude (she has short curly brown hair and glasses). When I went to the customer service desk to pick up an online order, she didn't tell me to call the pick up order phone #, she pointed me to the sign for pick up order and loudly poke many times on that sign to call that phone #. Downright disrespectful and unacceptable.

This store is clean, somewhat organized on some of the aisles. The queue for the self-checkouts are sometimes long. Probably 2 or 3 of the registers are not available. Employees here are friendly and helpful. Most of the things I buy here are low on stock.

Sad to say that I was waiting for the phone to be answered by the customer service department today and did not have anyone pick up after waiting for 5+ minutes, I called back and had to speak to someone in the pharamacy just to find out if the store was open and unaffected by the holiday this past weekend and they were able to let me know they were open, but the customer service department needs to not avoid their duties ( which includes calls with questions related to Walmart ) Kudos to the pharmacist though, they were lovely!

This was one of the weirdest Walmarts I have ever been at.First of all no carts or baskets were in sight so I was forced to struggle with an arm load of groceries as I navigated the weirdly placed aisles. It’s not set up like a typical Walmart so navigating it is difficult. No open check outs in sight so I work for Walmart Now and Scan My Own Items. I go to get a $.30 bag to bag up my groceries only to be told they don’t have those here but I’m welcome to buy their $3 bag. No $.30 bags or even $1 bags. They’re forcing you to buy a $3 bag if you forget to bring your own.So here I am juggling 2 loaves of bread and condiments and sandwich meats and a jug of juice in my arms out to my car.If it’s a security issue with carts and baskets. Hire the appropriate employees to do so.If it’s lack of stock with the bags. Buy excess.You Are Walmart. Do BetterI should never have to carry my groceries because of a lack of baskets or carts.I should never be forced to buy a $3 or $2 or $1 grocery bag because I forgot mine at home when your acquisition department is lacking on buying and supplying the thirty cent bags.

My colleague and I visited this Walmart today to pick up six grocery carts full of non perishable food items and hygiene items. I went to customer service to explain the situation and was so pleasantly surprised with the process from there . Rachel and Donna were so helpful and made the shopping and checkout go perfectly. These two ladies were absolutely incredible!
