I am a cery frequent Shopper at people in chilliwack and every time i go get the best service ever. The manager is awesome she is very helpful they always welcome u with a beautiful smile. Manager goes above and beyond your expectations Marica is outstanding.

So disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item for Mother's Day with a guarantee that it would arrive by then. When I get the tracking number from UPS, it shows estimated delivery date the day after Mother's Day. I reached out to People's and they insist they shipped it expedited and that it's UPS's fault. So, I reached out to UPS and they confirm it was not shipped expedited, but just standard, and there is nothing they can do now. I write back to Peoples and all they do is offer me a 10% credit on the order without any further explanation. I then asked for a customer complaint email address or web link to make a formal complaint, and they apparently don't have one. So a Google review it is. This whole process consumed a lot of my time trying to follow up on this.I will now receive this expensive gift after Mother's Day, which defeats the whole purpose of my order, and no one seems to want to take any responsibility for this or admit their fault.Will never buy from them again.

Talaya has been a godsend with helping my now husband and I finding a perfect bridal set. I’m SUPER picky and have not had the best luck with finding exactly what I want. Talaya has listened to all of my needs and wants and we found a perfect set! I will come back to peoples just for my experience with Talaya and her professionalism. 100/10

Rude seems to be a common review theme and I agree ! My husband purchased a ring for me not knowing my size . He was told ring could be exchanged and the proper size ordered . ( this initial employee was lovely and excluded from my rant ) When I went back to store with the ring , 4 times the clerk tried to upsell me the warranty package and pay 136$ to have ring sized rather than just reorder the proper size . The manager chose not to step in to offer a solution but skullked around giving me dirty looks . When my we chose to just return the ring and not offer any further business to this store, the manager was very obnoxious and condescending. She stated the store has changed owners ;this is very obvious and is reflected in their choice of manager . We were not asking for any special deal or service - just an easy exchange !
