Rachel is fantastic. We had a great experience with her trying on dresses for a semi formal and wedding. It was nice to be catered to in true great customer service fashion. Excellent inventory and plenty to choose from as well. Thank you!

Please be aware that they have no return and no exchange policy! They won’t tell you at the time of purchase but they are saying that is on the receipt! Lol what’s that matter after purchasing it to see the receipt when there is no exchange or refund policy? I was at the Burlington store and they made to buy a dress which was 3 size bigger than my actual size simply because they didn’t had my size! I realized that the cost for alteration is almost $250 so I wanted to return the dress and simply exchange it with another style at least my size but they were so rude and didn’t allow me to do so! It was not even 1 week after the purchase. I even called the Mississauga store to get help because I really can’t afford to pay for a new dress or the alteration but the manager there promised to call me back to help me on the exchange but never did. Now I left with a big dress and the wedding I’m attending it’s just 2 weeks away. Very disappointed and not recommending this place. Don’t waste your money.

I purchased a dress today and asked the shop person if it was washable. Told me yes, just put it in the washer and dryer. Got it home and tag says hand wash only. I am bringing it back but surprise, I can only exchange it. Why would I want another item from a store that lied to me. I hate it when they don't tell you there are no returns up front.

Very good dress store, lots of options and the workers are very helpful. They made the process of me getting my prom dress very easy and stress free, would definitely recommend.

Beware of the most racist store clerk ever. Tried calling the manager and she kept hanging up on my face when she knew I had a complaint. Cheap dresses and they tried selling a dress to a woman and it looked terrible on her. Liars, racists, lazy manager, and cheap outfits for $$$. Beware of this place. Also 50 dollar deposit lol. That’s the price of ten of their dresses in reality. Will not be coming back.

Rachel was fantastic! My daughter and I went into browse and came out with some beautiful dresses. Rachel was so friendly and upbeat, that it made shopping fun. She was so helpful with different choices. It was a pleasure!!!

Very racist encounter between the store manager and my mother. Beware, seriously. All we wanted to do is return a coat and she began to speaking louder and be aggressive. And store is selling warehouse dresses u can find on shein.

super friendly and accommodating staff! they helped me find the perfect dress every step of the way, even though it took a little while. highly recommend coming here for semiformal and prom dresses! :)

Rachel was super helpful. Walked in not knowing if we were going to actually purchase but with her help my mom and I both found a beautiful for new years! Lots of selection, you could get lost in dresses and styles! Loved my experience with Rachel, she was lovely.
