Working with Paul and others have been a very pleasant experience for me. They were courteous, very responsive and punctual.They were very straight spoken and took the time to explain all the details and different options to me.I had my furnace replaced by them and will surely work with them again for any future needs.Will highly recommend them to others in need.

In October our 23 year old gas furnace quit working. I called PK Heating and AC to get a quote on replacing it. Paul came by the next day to look at my system. I told him I would like to add AC to the new system if possible. I had a quote back later that day and my wife and I were very pleased with it. After getting approval from our HOA for the heat pump placement the guys at PK Heating and AC where there the next day to install the new system. They even repaired a small water leak for me on the hot water tank line. No charge". I am very happy with there service and equipment."

I needed a ductless system installed so I called 3 HVAC contractors for pricing. PK was the best price, the most responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the services they were providing. We had PK Heating & Cooling replace our old heat pump system and relocate equipment and ductwork for our home remodel. They also added a separate ductless mini split system for the bottom floor of our home.Paul and Serg were super responsive and knowledgeable. They did great work and helped us work through reconfiguring ductwork in areas of the house to accommodate the new layout and ensuring everything worked properly. I would recommend using them!

I own a 22 year old house in Arlington. I have lived in to for 17 of those 22 years. Systems in the house have lifetimes. First to fail was the gas water heater in 2009. Nothing since then until now. My gas furnace quit working in late October. I thought the problem was the thermostat as the builder of this house used the lowest price items. I found that it was functioning as designed. Since the weather had turned cold, I started calling heating/cooling mechanical contractors to come and investigate the lack of heating operation. I called several companies and I was given dates of availability 2 and 3 weeks out. While waiting, I was looking for a faster response so I kept calling. I called PK Heating and Cooling to see if they were available. They said they could come by that afternoon to see my heating system. They came and checked things out. I received a call that afternoon after the technicians looked at my furnace from Paul the owner of PK Heating. He told me the furnace had crack in the burner and I needed a new furnace. I wanted to have a more efficient heating system. I was buying a new furnace but adding a heat pump would add efficiency. With this system I could get rid of my 3 window air conditioners. Paul had given me a price for the furnace and a price for heat pump installation. The furnace and heat pump installation was completed by Paul's employees in a very professional and thoughtful manner. They informed me that the hot water heater was leaking. Paul gave me a competitive price for removing and replacing the hot water heater. The heat pump and the hot water heater was installed with the same care as the furnace . I have been learning the operation of the new thermostat. I am pleased with the system operation. The old furnace and hot water heater were hauled away.PK Heating and Cooling have given me a more efficient temperature controlling system and a new hot water heater. I am very pleased with my purchase.
