I went with my friend and her mother to help find a reclining lift chair. The lady that helped was Diane and was amazing. She made sure that my friends mother was comfortable and mentioned things that my friend or myself wouldn't think of to make sure her mother was safe. We laughed and joked around and I could tell that made her mother's day. Thank you Diane for helping with patience and friendliness. I would highly recommend your location if I know anyone who needs your products.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with a London company - and that's saying a lot! If I could give them a negative star review I would.On May 6th I ordered compression stockings for my pregnancy swelling. I've had a tremendous amount of swelling very early on in my pregnancy and it causes a lot of pain. I had to take the morning off work to get sized properly because it needs to be done within an hour of waking. I was specifically told they would inform me when the item came in. They warned me it would be roughly 3 weeks (not ideal, but can understand shortages).Apparently, that order never came in and was automatically cancelled by their vendor. At which point they reordered the stockings for a second time on May 12th. After 4 weeks of waiting, I called back to find out where my stockings were (June 2nd). The woman on the phone (I believe Sam) told me that they're still waiting on them and that there was a backorder".So

Very unhappy with this store. Staff get orders wrong,manager will not call back untill she has too! After I cancelled my order I got a call saying my things that I ordered were in and I told them my order was cancelled, than I got a call from the Cherryhill store telling me my order was in (I did not place an order at this store ) I only want to complain to head office and they could not even give me the number. Terrible :(

Amazing customer service and educated staff! I don't think I've ever felt so welcome in a store. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and helped educate me on funding. Will definitely be returning for all my medical needs!

I wasn't really sure what to expect since the reviews of this place aren't fantastic, but I definitely had a completely different experience than some of these reviews.I walked in and was immediately greeted; the woman didn't just say hello, she came around the counter and asked if she could help me find anything.I asked for 1 specific product and she quickly showed me the item/grabbed it for me and handed it to me so I could check it over.She cashed me out quickly, ensured I got my bonus optimum points and was extremely friendly throughout the whole experience (laughing, upbeat voice, etc).I was beyond happy to have had that experience, so I definitely wanted to document it on here that it can be a pleasant shopping experience, there!

Cashier gave off you don't look disabled" vibes which I would not expect for a home health care store. Condescending and also gave me a bag after telling her I don't need one for the tiny bottle of compression sock cleaner I bought."

Excellent staff for CPAP related products. they really go the extra mile! Muhammad is really a very good person to do business with!

I buy all my medical machines and braces from here about every 6 months. I’ve had some great service from Candy and Sam. These 2 ladies do not belittle you or walk away and help another customer and leave you standing there with a brace on and say’s absolutely nothing for example ‘’ I’ll be right back’’. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I really didn’t want to complain and post a review but if I don’t then nobody will know what kind of service that you get at this location.

The reviews here aren't exactly favourable! In fairness, I've been there a couple times and felt ignored.BUT MANY times, I've been there and had absolutely incredible and enthusiastic service for which I've been very grateful.Recently Jasmine stepped up and was a huge help. I was had to get something sorted for an elderly family member while I was out of town. Couldn't have done it without her help.So I'm going with 5 stars on this place!

I have shopped at shoppers for over 30 years for ostomy supplies and have never had a poor experience until today.Eva had an attitude from the time she addressed me. A very unpleasant experience such that I feel I will have to go elsewhere after so many years. Called to speak with manager but unavailable.
