Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The tacos were pretty good, and they had a good variety that made use of fresh ingredients. The cocktails were really well done too.Cons: The prices are too high in my opinion. The tacos are good, but they don't have the authenticity that mexican food elsewhere does. The flavours were just a little lacking.

Went here for the first time today and the service was remarkable and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is perfect for a casual sit down lunch/dinner. The tacos were very flavourful and tasty and the churro waffles are a must have, will definitely be coming back again to try the rest of the menu.

The first time and the introduction to the food was very helpful by the lovely owner. She explained the menu, so it made ordering easy, and her recommendations were spot on. The food is excellent and it tastes good. Presentation and ease of eating are great for finger food. The dessert, chocolate with a twist. The waffle churros, you gotta try it to believe it.So now I have two favorites to visit and they are beside each other. It's gonna make choosing difficult, oh the decisions, decisions, lol. Maybe we will see you there! Happy eating

Very small place and usually reserved for the entire day on evenings. It looks like a place mainly for drink and the food is secondaryI had the barravas, mac and cheese as an appetizer and the following tacos: Brussel Sprout, sweet potato, califlower, pulled pork, chicken mole, and fried chickenThe califlower and pulled pork had no flavor, but the other tacos were good, the chicken mole was probably the best one.Both appetizers weren't that good, especially the mac and cheese, it have too much of a processed cheese taste to it.The worst part is the service, we were put on a wait list and told it would take 30 minutes, it ending up taking more than an hour Even though we saw our table empty for a long time. Service to our table was very slow, and we saw people getting served their food faster than us even though they came before us. The servers would come by and ask how every is and if the food is good to everyone but us. I think it was because we were on a wait list, vs everyone else who reserved so they treated us with lower priority. It was ridiculous when we went to pay and the server setup the machine for one of us and left ... For 5 minutes, while the rest of us are waiting for them to come back so we can use the machine.The main issue is they don't have enough staff so it's not the servers faults. But that bit where other customers were getting treated better than is rubbed me the wrong way.I came because I wanted to try the food scene in Burlington but I'm not coming back here. I'll stick with the corned beef hut right next door.

will come back whenever i’m in the area and want some quick tacos and friendly service. only been once and on cinco de mayo, looking forward to the experience again - don’t feel like i had too much to say this time but wanted to post more for the pic aha in order from left to right: brussel sprouts, cauliflower, achiote chicken- all yummy and the hot sauce is amazing

Be prepared for quite small portion sizes - multiple apps and tacos are needed if you are hungry. We ordered 5 items and 1 dessert for 2 people and left hungry.The patatas bravas were the main item that was well done, the queso was decent but not any specific flavour aside from cheese.. we had the vegetarian/vegan tacos and they seemed very similar in flavour - my partner enjoyed the brussel sprout taco and I enjoyed the sweet potato one. The churros were a waffle style and it was mainly covered in powdered sugar.The margaritas (spicy and mezcal) were also well done and the drink was the highlight of the meal.There was one server for all the tables (~10) who did the best they could efficiently, overall service was minimal as a result.

Tacos have good flavour, I still think it's a bit pricy for a small taco (if you go to authentic places they are cheaper and even better). We each tried three tacos, my bacon and ranch one I had a bit of an issue with. The bacon was so over cooked it was essentially charcoal (coming from a person that orders everything well done) the service was great though and they switched it out for me. Nice sized patio, good drink selection

This place is a super cozy mexican inpired restaurant and really enjoyed eating there. The tacos were really unique but very good. I didn't know what to think at first about ordering one taco at a time, but it was well worth it. I would definitely go back the next time I am in burlington!.
