To start, I love everything about this place. The music, the food, the drinks... It's all amazing that I genuinely look forward to coming to this cafe all the time.But wow. Each time I have come here, my love for this place has diminished because the customer service is absolutely terrible.Although the place has such nice seating and decorations, the cozy ambiance gets ruined when the harsh workers are around.Every time I go up to order, they look miserable and annoyed. They have a standoff aura that makes you feel unwelcome and glare at customers once they're seated. I have come multiple times with multiple sets of workers, and they all give the same impression of judging you as if you don't deserve to be there.One time I was eating a cookie I just bought, and a minute later a worker swoops by and grabs my plate. She didn't acknowledge if I was done or even ask a simple Can I take your plate?". She just glared at me and walked away. Although I was surprised

First time going and I will definitely be back! The scones were soft and delicious, the Earl Grey tea was lovely and the space is cozy and welcoming. But it was honestly the little surprises that got me most: the loose leaf tea in a cute little French press, the sweet teacups and saucers, the fact they also serve local alcohol, and discovering that the tea is from Sawadee Tea House, a spot I love downtown. The staff were friendly, the Café was clean and they offer all day breakfast sandwiches. What more could you ask for?!

Cute atmosphere to sit and stay a while. Only been here once and I had the chicken salad sandwich. The flavour was there but it was just too much bread. The bread was fresh and delicious for sure, but it was just too much as it smothered the flavour inside. Maybe if there was more chicken inside it wouldn't have been like that? For the price it was a bit disappointing. Enjoyed the vanilla latte!

My daughter's favorite place to relax, hang-out and study. She took us, the whole fam, for brunch there today. Cozy, homey little place. Great friendly staff. Not over-the-top food and coffee, just exactly as i want them. No frills. Nothing fancy. And they were playing my kind of music as well.

Cozy Café with tasty treats and delicious lattes, coffees, and teas. I enjoyed a gingerbread latte with a delightful cinnamon roll! The service was fabulous, and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be going back for more.

First time going was through the drive through, but definitely suggest sitting in. The atmosphere and decor is great. A cozy little cafe, the blueberry scones are delicious, very fluffy on the inside. Great oat mochas and the chicken salad sandwich is great. The cranberries and almonds in the chicken salad is an amazing added touch, my first thought would be the cranberries being the over powering taste, but that was not the case. Will definitely be back.

Such a great cafe in the Larry Uteck area. Tucked away, you’ll find a large parking lot and so much space inside. Amazing service and great coffee. The place is inviting and covered in beautiful plants. The environment is so cozy. Food is fine and there is a 1hr seating limit when it’s busier.

Went here for the first time today to try there gluten free treats. Staff recommended a cinnamon bun or blueberry scone so I got both. I ate 1/3 of each before taking a picture. I will DEFINITELY be going again!

Cute spot! I love local cafes and this one has a nice vibe to it. I find it can be crowded in the early afternoons. I tried their lattes and they’ve been good, but not as flavourful, especially the specialty lattes. I find that they can improve with the flavouring for sure! They do have the best oat milk: Oatly!!

Pretty busy, but not too long of a wait for the quality you get. The menu is big and full of great options, however the menu board is a little hard to read as beautiful as it is.The atmosphere was chill with old times pictures and beautiful mugs which I can't wait to use when indoor dining is available again.I ordered a latte with oat milk and vanilla, less sweet and it was delicious!I also ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel with bacon egg and cheese. They grill the sandwich on a panini press and it was also pretty good and warm.Overall a good experience, a locally owned business I will be back again!!
