Thank you so much to the amazing Jeanette who went above and beyond for me in the last 2½ months. I had an emergency in Ireland and I needed to go home as soon as possible. Jeanette made this possible and was very patient with me and I flew out the next day. On arrival in Ireland I received an email hoping I had a safe journey over and to have a safe and happy time with my family. This I thought was just so lovely and caring. I then had some issues with a flight that was taken care of and another return flight was booked. Then further restrictions/rules were put in place to enter Canada and Jeanette emailed me this information so I would have everything I needed before my flight...again amazing..thank you!Then on arrival in Canada I received an email to welcome me home wishing I had a safe flight back and hoping everything went smoothly. I don't know anyone else who has ever done that and I was blown away. The service was more than 100% it was so personal and I felt like Jeanette really cares. In this stressful time she really had my back and I'm forever grateful! X
