Renting a U-Haul truck was an awful experience. Checking in online took over half an hour because the website is so janky/broken. The advertised price on the website is very far off what you actually get charged after you add on mileage cost and fuel cost and insurance costs. A $20 truck can easily turn into $150. I don't care that the price was that much; I care that I was misled.The truck itself is registered in Arizona. So everything is in miles not kilometers. Watch out for how fast you're going because the kilometers per hour on the gauge was faded out and not really readable.The only good thing was that the truck was actually there, and didn't no-show on me like I've heard stories of.My advice is to look elsewhere, there are other truck rental places.

I've dealt with these folks twice now and both times were as smooth as you could expect from U-Haul - nice people here.

Rented Uhaul trucks from here a few times, great rates as well as great storage rates.

Parking lot not finished...charged me more then we agreed and have refused to discuss additional charges...not recommended when there are other options around...

Don't rent hear at all rude as hell don't care about respect and charge me more then they told me when I resrived the truck waste of time they need to be closed down

Don't rent here. Last I went I had to go to Brampton to pick up my truck. This time I rented with many days notice. No truck. Look elsewhere.

Lady at front desk forgot to give me my license back. Came back 30 minutes before closing time place was locked up no one was there. Called head office they told me too bad and hung up. Worst company dealing iv ever had. Would give 0 stars if possible.
