Terrible. Canceled my account because of rude staff, poor service and unreasonably higher wholesale prices compare with other distributors. Chinese workers with very poor English. Not helpful at all. Be aware that their policy requires to spend $1,200. Not for small shops and businesses.

I've been dealing with N. Jefferson Ltd. since the beginning of the year and I wish all my suppliers gave me the fantastic service I receive from Jefferson!! I recently placed an order late on a Friday night, I couldn't believe my eyes when UPS delivered the order to my door the following Wednesday! Three business days and my order was in my hands!! One could not wish for better service … a big thank you to all the wonderful, helpful staff❣️
