we try to come in to order food inside but the door is closed, I checked the time it’s just 8:37pm and I know this store closes at 9pm.

Three times in one month, two forgotten hash browns, and today, two forgotten rocky road cookies. Use larger bags, pay attention to your customers. It gets really upsetting when you have to stop and check everything meticulously at the window. Not recommended!

If I could put negative stars for service I would. Absolute garbage most of the employees care more about their phone then their job if you have 20 minutes to grab a coffee no problem. I know everybody's short-handed know that everyone is short-handed still garbage. Close it if no workers. One of the worst ones

Love stopping at this location on our roadtrips through southern Alberta. Always good drinks and food. There hasn't been a time that we skipped this Tim's on our way through.

Very small baked good section here. Service was otherwise standard for a tim hortons, (which is never good).Very disappointing that every time we come the grill is not able to make wraps.

This place always screws up. Weekend staff put sugar in my wifes coffee. She could have had a bad reaction. Would Tim Hortons like a huge lawsuit if she died. We've had it with this place. We'll go to McDonald's instead.

Worst service at this tim Hortons. They took more than 15 minutes for two coffees and a cookie. Staff behaviour is rude. Management should look into this. Tim Hortons’ this location not recommended.

I've been met with friendlier staff while diving with sharks off of Kauai.Horrible experience here. Won't be visiting any Tim Hortons if they continue to allow this horrible service.

Not impressed. 3 mistakes in one order of 8 items which was eventually fixed with a good amount of attitude. If there were more Starbucks around, Tim Hortons would never be an option for me again. Just frustrating!! They need a better training program...
