The attention to detail when she does my eyebrows is so amazing. I always walk out feeling the best and get so many compliments from my friends. She’s so friendly and and easy to talk to. The place is so clean and she does the best facials. I highly recommend.

I get my eyebrows threaded at New Me and they always turn out so perfectly and clean. Sapna is so lovely and always does such an amazing job with eyebrow threading because she is so precise. I have been going to her for two years and she never misses!

First time ever getting a hydra facial. It was extremely painful, she used her fingers to extract mine and my friends black heads but I literally felt like she was going to break my nose from the pressure. I knew about the exfoliation etc but the entire treatment was very rough and painful. She also kept having to leave the room to answer phone calls, greet customers, even did some threading/eyebrow tinting, so it was a lot of waiting around. After talking to some other friends and spas about their experience elsewhere with hydra facials this did not seem like a usual experience. I won’t be back!

Easy to get an appointment, my first time trying a threading salon on the island. I wasn’t disappointed. Salon is clean, and comfortable. Prices however, are higher than the mainland, from paying $5 to island rate of $12. But, Sapna, knows her work, she understood what I wanted, and I left happy. There was also the freebie of a mini brow massage. Thank you! This is now my number one go to threading place. Highly recommended!There’s also free parking and it’s easily accessible.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded from Sapna over three years. Even after moving to the Cowichan Valley I continue to go to Sapna only! She is highly efficient, extremely fast and very professional. Love her work ethic! Very rare thing to find these days.I am a mom and sometimes I have had to bring my children with me and she has always made them feel welcome and comfortable. Her prices are unbeatable and she accepts short notice of when you'd like to go. Highly recommend her. I give her 11/10

Sapna does the best lash extensions! Her lash room is clean and relaxing. Her studio is also extremely clean and welcoming, and has an amazing atmosphere. Sapna does the best to keep you comfortable and relaxed! The hydra facial service is the best for dry and sensitive skin like mine! All of my acne breakouts were gone! I can’t recommend this salon enough!

Sapna at NewMe has been doing my Hydrafacials for the last year. My skin always feels really fresh and its overall texture has improved since getting consistent facials. I was also impressed with Sapnas lash work, she did my hybrid volume set fast and i noticed my lashes stayed for a lot longer than when I’ve seen other lash techs. NewMe is also the only place In Langford that offers eyebrow threading which Sapna does well and for cheaper than at Kurves or other lash bars. I highly recommend NewMe for Sapnas attention to detail when it comes to a variety of services.

I had eyebrow threaded and hydra facial with Sapna. She is very professional in what she does and knowledgeable with skincare. The treatment bed and room are clean and comfortable. My skin feels great after the treatment just as I needed. Definitely will come back again. Thank you Sapna :)
