Brandon was excellent. He took extra time to show me the new parts he installed and old parts removed. He also came up with a great plan to do the remaining repairs in order of priority.

Avoid even talking to this guy. All he has is excuses. Has told me every time I call him “next week” this is the third week. Guy is hopeless. 100% hopeless. I don’t know where these other people went that have reviews but it wasn’t this dudes shop. He doesn’t want to do anything. How does he have good reviews?? All I’ve gotten from this guy is a run around. “Next week” “next week” “next week”. Absolutely waste of time. I go to bring it in, figured I’d make a phone call to be courteous, “ next week”. The guy can’t even keep appointments he made with you a week prior. Stand up guy!! Where?? Where is this amazing mechanic??? Where is this Brandon guy people say is good?? Where is he?

Not a pleased customer by any means . Car was there 3 weeks and was constantly told he was too busy to look after it even though he agreed before I spent $300 to have towed to so-called excellent ,honest and fair mechanic to look after immediately. Said he had done this job numerous times. Would not recommend to anyone.

Brandon is amazing. We have had DCB work on our diesel vehicles for more than 10 years.

Great people, very knowledgeable and helpful. They are specialize in diesel engines. The best in GTA and I have use their service for years.I purchased another diesel vehicle, the seller lied to me saying the oil and filters were changed. The engine started to act up within a month. I called the shop and they accommodated me. They use the best synthetic oil and all German filters. As suspected the old filters were all clucked up and they had not been changed for years.The price is much better than dealers'. If they say they replace something for you they actually do that. Highly recommended!!

I am incredibly grateful for the service I received from Brandon. I don’t typically write reviews, but this place deserves one. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable, communicates well, and offers fair pricing. I’m thankful my VW is back on the road and I’ll be going back when any other issue arises.

I have a Mercedes and recently learned at Mercedes Barrie the parts to fix my AC fan and regulator were 1300 plus tax and labour . I started searching the web to learn about Brandon at DCB auto. I sourced some parts for 600 tax in instead of 1300 he could’ve attained even better prices. He installed these items on time and as arranged at a reasonable price. I now have a local place to service a car already 14 years old that I plan to keep for 20 more. My cabriolet is V8 and was over 90 k new so I wouldn’t let anyone touch my car. I understand why people come to orillia from all over the province to have their German car serviced by someone who did his apprenticeship in the country where my car was made. Super impressed and worthy of a five star review. I will recommend not just for older jettas and tdi’s; rather, premium Benz And other high end German cars.

Great experience - Brandon knows VW’s extremely well and always provides professional and friendly service. I drive up from Toronto for anything bigger than an oil change. His prices are very reasonable so it’s more than worth the time and extra gas money. He works solo so don’t expect immediate turn-around the way you would at large corporate shops, but he’s still quick and very accommodating. I highly recommend.

Brandon helped me out of a tow home from Orillia today and saved me money. I’ve also bought parts off of him in the past. Truly, a stand up gentleman that folks should go to instead of the dealership. Highly recommend.

Brandon is top notch. If you want an honest mechanic, this is your man. Been to him twice now and both times he’s been awesome.
