Village Ice Cream
I love Village Ice Cream! Their vegan ice creams are amazing! Tried Salted Chocolate Cherry! Delish! Not too rich! I went to buy a pint of it but they only sell that flavour (at Britannia location) by the scoop! Other locations I called have it by the pint…wish I knew that before going. They always have a few vegan options that we love trying.

Village Ice Cream
Very delicious ice cream. I had Everything Mark Loves & Melted chocolate. Let me just say, amazing combo together. The everything mark loves was excellent, loved the little pieces of Nutella. So yummy. My husband also loved his ice cream flavors, everything mark loves and guides mint.Prices were reasonable as well. Staff was friendly too. Definitely worth it, even on a cold rainy day.

Village Ice Cream
Their salted caramel ice cream is so smooth and surpasses all other places I have tried. Their ice cream is smooth in general with such fresh flavor. Even their creative flavours are fun to try. They had stampede pancake breakfast flavor ice cream too which had real pancake chunks with syrup in it. The ultimate go to ice cream place in Calgary.

As you can see by the lineup (which was constant for the hour we were there) Village Ice Cream is a popular place. Definitely worth the wait to have their delicious waffle cones (made before your eyes) and smooth ice cream.

My favourite place in Calgary to have ice cream. This place never ever disappoints when it comes to delivering the taste. One of the ice creams that don’t melt right away, lol, and let’s you patiently enjoy the flavour while enjoying the view of downtown Calgary.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your store. On May 14th at approximately 8pm, I ordered 4 ice creams in a waffle cone. Unfortunately, the waffle cone became soggy from the moment I received it, making it almost impossible for me to enjoy the ice cream. As a result, I had to dispose of half of it.I would like to bring to your attention the possibility that the quality of your product may have been affected due to the conditions in which it was served. It is my hope that you could kindly investigate and check the temperature of your store's freezer, as it may have played a role in the issue I experienced.I am not making any accusations, but as a valued customer, I believe that it is important to provide constructive feedback to help improve the quality of your products and services. We absolutely love Village Ice Cream and enjoy all the flavours all around Calgary. What stood out in this location was a very sweet lady working closing shift on June 1 @10:30ish pm. She was wearing a pink hat, I believe. Sorry I didn’t get her name.She welcomed us with such a genuine smile and greeting. Nothing over the top, just a simple “hi, how are you guys today?” and it made my night! She is an asset to this company. Keep her ❤️

Always our go to place for a late night drive and ice cream . Great selection of classic and seasonal flavours . Staff are friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking and usually busy during summers
