The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was in a bit of disarray. Unfortunately I was in to shop for shorts and Kaki pants but they only had 36 x 10 shorts and no 36 x 28or29 pants in the kaki selections.

They keep changing their store layout every week makes it hard in fact to remember where you found stuff in my opinion they don't have enough significant sales especially on my favourite shambala line.better ex :one ex would be but one get one half off and a third selection free. Or mix and match tights or nylon pants/ capri''s. Or their Silver jeans also better sales on shoe selections

High quality clothing, reasonably priced with great sales. Staff is friendly and helpful.

TLDR: Make sure to REALLY ask if they have something, or they'll say they don't without checking, as well as pretending to put a military discount on your purchase when requested for some reason? (I wasn't being a crazy customer, or being a hassle, so i am very unsure why)Awesome kit here, but when I called to ask if they have something in stock they straight up said no without checking despite having the stock. Had to call twice because I just saw the item 10 minutes to closing the night before, and the website still said limited stock. I recalled and asked them to actually check and they had several pairs, so I Walked my s.s. over because road conditions were too dangerous. While paying for a non discounted item, I asked for a military discount and they pulled out the book and everything, but didn't put the discount in. Overall felt like an undeserved middle finger when i'm just trying to grab a gift for Christmas.

We tried to exchange a Christmas gift from my husband's mom. Something about the system being picky and not being able to exchange. That we were going to have to return the money to our credit card (not the purchaser's card which I appreciate) and then purchase what we wanted. This probably wouldn't be too big of an issue, but our credit cards are in American dollars and every time we use them in Canada, we pay a fee. So to do what they were asking would have caused us to pay 2 fees instead of just one. Where as, most customers wouldn't pay a fee of any kind because their cards are already in Canadian money. Not sure what my husband decided to do, but he mentioned just having his mom return the shirt and his mom would give him money.Not upset persay. We just want anyone paying with foreign currency credit cards to be aware of a possible issue.

My favorite place to shop for work gear and clothing. Great staff as well.

More of a clothing store now. PPE isn't up to code and it's a pain if you have a PO number! Stand around waiting to see if you can start shopping, have to send them an email only to find out that they had it in their business binder the whole time. Gonna buy my work gear elsewhere from now on!

Marks is always a good place to shop, always lots of good merchandise, prices, and color selection. I like that they cater to both regular and tall body lengths, and the store organization is easy to shop (workwear/casual/sport etc). Customer service is always very good, and if there's an item I want but it's not in stock, associates are quick to offer ordering online through them/or have the item shipped directly to my home.
