I've had a good experience with Dr Roma March, but being charged for a copy of my own prescription is absurd. I went to another optometrist today and called to get my contact lenses prescription and she couldn't give jt to me as I needed to pay. The new optometrist said this shouldn't be happening. Won't be going back here.

My first time visiting Dr. Marina Roma-March and her team at the Broadway Station Eye Care Clinic. Throughout every step in the process, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and customer service I received. All members of the team, from the receptionists to the doctor, to the lens technician were friendly, attentive, patient and kind. Any questions I had were addressed clearly and effectively. I highly recommend visiting this clinic for your glasses or contact lenses. They offer a decent selection of affordable frames and provide friendly and professional services.

Had a regular eye exam and the doctor was polite, patient, and thorough. After the exam they didn't try to hustle me into but glasses or contacts, which I very much appreciated. The exam cost me $150 but they take insurance so I only had to pay the balance. Minus one star because I emailed them twice about booking an appointment and nobody ever responded - so the booking form on their website is useless. I had to call them.

Dr. Roma March is a very knowledgeable and professional optometrist and completes thorough eye exams. The optician takes the time to look for the right glasses and takes careful measurements to ensure it is the perfect fit!

I came to the clinic last week for a eye exam. Dr. Roma-March was thorough and super nice. I had to get glasses and checked out their selection and spoke to the optician who was able to answer my questions regarding picking out the right size of frames that would work best for the type of glasses I need. If you are looking for an experienced optometrist and optician. I would recommend booking an appointment. I also saw that they accept glasses donation for their missions. This year they are going to India with the donated glasses, I will definitely be dropping off my old glasses.

Dr. Roma-March was extremely professional, patient, and answered all of my questions. I was fitted for new contacts and I appreciate her guidance in deciding what was the most affordable yet practical and comfortable option for me.

Been going here since I was young and they have always been so kind, reliable, and easy to make an appointment with! Never had any issues and have gotten all my eye care needs met (glasses, contacts, regular eye check-up appointments).

Very disappointing experience. The office seemed disorganized and had very poor customer service. Such a waste of time!Context:I called in advance to see if they had my prescription contacts in stock. They took 30 mins to check and call back to say they did (that’s fine).I sent over my prescription and drove the 10 minutes to pick them up. Upon arrival, I was told they *couldn’t* sell them to me and my trip was made for nothing.The from desk staff didn’t seem to understand what a prescription was or know the products. The attendant went back and forth between me and the doc 3 times but still didn’t seem to understand or be able to communicate why I couldn’t get the contacts even though they have them in stock and they said I could on the phone. The doctor also wouldn’t talk to me directly even though they weren’t with a patient. So frustrating and inefficient.

Dr. Marina Roma-March saved my Vision I was 1 week close to being Blind! I had broken my glasses and needed a new pair of glasses, so I made an appointment for an eye exam, lucky thing I did, as Dr. Roma-March discovered I had a few retinal macular holes, she referred me to an specialist the day of and expressed the urgency. The same day I saw a specialist and same day I went to a Surgeon (2 Specialists WOW!) and had the holes repaired (This office has great relationships to other specialists). She is so professional and cares about her patients, I appreciate her thorough exams and attention to detail. I've gotten the most honest advice from Dr. Roma-March from what Contacts are best for my Eyes, including examining the size (Curvature) of contacts and brands I should use for my Dry Eyes and what eye drops are best for keeping my eyes lubricated as well as helping me through the transition of moving into my 40s and needing Reading Glasses. Today I needed an eye exam and the staff accommodated for a same day exam. I am so grateful for the convenience and expertise of this office! Also FYI Indigenous Folks, they are the best office that makes it easy for patients to utilize Indigenous Health Coverage with no complications. I feel at ease knowing that I see an Optometrist who is Professional and highly Skilled in this field and not only is my vision monitored by the health of my Eyes! Thank You Dr. Roma-March I so recommend this Office for future patients!
