Sophie from Country Homes was very adequate on the phone as well as helped out with all my questions about my new home, the supers Mike & Anthony helped me out as well. This is my first home with a builder and I'm very satisfied! I highly recommend!

We purchased our home in 2019 and closed on time in 2020. We had a leak that caused extensive water damages. At first the construction supervisor and the plumber were denying that the fridge line we paid for at the design centre was installed by them. I gathered evidence and escalated it. Joanna and Sophie were awesome in facilitating the replacing of the cupboard and fixing the ceiling in my basement. They continue to be awesome ladies. I would recommend country homes because of them. We love our home.

Customer Service = inept

The entire team did amazing. Very professional, and timely responses by employees. Sophie and Tanya were great help, and addressed all of our concerns throughout the buying process. The team is helpful and walked us through every step!

Never buy here. Poor customer service. Something is wrong and all you get is sorry

The worst builder ever. The quality is cheap.

Bought new house. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of finishing for the amount of money i had to pay. Had heard of good reviews about the builder so booked house with them, but all those reviews turns out to be completely false. You can clearly see that builder Rushed to finish the house and corners were cut everywhere. Some of the problems are below.1. None of the electrical sockets in the entire house are straight. All are tilted either one side or the other.2. Entire hardwood floor is rough and paint marks were left on the wooden floor.3. Shingles missing on roof leaving the wood exposed.4. Completely missed all specs for appliances. Had to visit onsite office just to get them to admit they missed the specs and send someone in to fix it.5. Many of the upgrades that we paid for are missing.6. Cannot open most of my kitchen cabinets properly as the countertop wasnt installed right.
