All I needed was a 5 minute service cut and repunch holes on a calendar. Staff in the print services were chitchatting and not busy. They would not do the job while I waited. I would have to come back at the end of the day. Another 45 minute return trip. I pleasantly apealed to the manger unsucessfully. I left and did not buy the printer and whiteboards I intended to get. Deny service lose sales.

Don’t bring anything here to be plaque-mounted or laminated. I experienced months of cascading mistakes leading to them nearly ruining some items with personal value. I lost count the number of mistakes they made. Nice people, just a terribly run department.

Hi all,I went to South keys staples today Kat at the print shop gave me the best experience service I've had in staples in a long time .this lady needs to be recognized with her professionalism her best knowledge of service and her great personality. Thans so much for helping me out today ,with how I should print out from my lap top, thanks to ill be able to proceed with my business.
