We could not be happier with Viper Mechanical. Both of our AC units were down right before the May long weekend and it was nudging 30 + degrees that week. We had a tech from Canyon Plumbing check on the units and were told we could need to replace both units. We contacted Viper for a second opinion and their team performed a thorough check, identified the issues, fixed the leaks and refilled the refrigerant and saved us $10K+. We highly recommend Viper Mechanical to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable hvac service team!

We recently completed an extensive renovation of our family home and our builder used Viper Mechanical for all of the plumbing and heating products. We found the team at Viper to be an excellent resource for advising us on a variety of elegant plumbing fixtures as well as products such as an on demand" hot water tank. We had a new build and used them for everything, it was the worst decision. Everything has been done incorrect and they do not take accountability for any of their work. Truly the worst customer service as well, people who do not care about doing proper installation. With such an expensive endeavour I recommend finding people who are experts and people who will back up their terrible work.

I recently had an entire basement bathroom remodelled in a rental property. They were very responsive and professional. Moreover, they took the time and initiative to solve a problem that had been present in the overall bathroom design without charging extra. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
