I'm a first time storage unit user and GPL and their staff made it easy, hassle free, and without worry right from day one. They made sure to accommodate my every need with easy to use etransfer and flexibility of appointments and equipment use. As well their customer service is outstanding and I highly recommend them!

I have rented a unit there 4 almost 4 yrs. & haven't had a problem EVER !! Staff R great & will give a hand if need be . I recommend this place a lot. If you do have a problem it's probably not the staff or facility it's more than likely YOU !! Highly recommend using this business for your storage needs! Administration is quick and easy. The facility is very clean, it's in a central location and offers many conveniences. And the staff are amazing - always friendly and so helpful!

I had occasion to lease a storage unit in May 2018 while my house was listed for sale. So impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, easy accessibility, and outstanding customer assistance. I received my rebate (in cash) on the spot when I closed out the account. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service. Make sure you ask how the refund process works (shady-hidden charge) when you are to change from one locker to the other. They do not do full refund on the remaining days of your monthly contract. Also make sure you get the payment due date initialed by GPL staff. You might get a notice from GPL saying you are past your due date (15 days - $15 late fee 1st notice) even when you and the GPL staff agreed on a change payment due date. Some of the staffs will flat out deny of any changes being discussed or made.

Once few minutes I took U-Haul , customer services didn't charge telling that you didn't use so no charge. thx team for such a friendly service.
