I ordered from my car to skip any line and when I walked in I didn't even get a hello. The only thing anyone said to me was my name when my coffee came up. I even had a tip in my hand. I've come to expect more from Starbucks, especially if I'm paying an arm and a leg!

I ordered through Uber Eats. 3 Mango Dragonfruit Refresher, no infusion, no Ice They made pineapple. So reordered it and got the same thing yet again.Called no one cared. Nothing they can do. So I reorder and get the same thing. YUK. Apparently, they can’t get it right unless in person to correct it.

I drink dark coffee, and they had only medium. She didn't say that. She made me the add over, tasted like dish water, and was cold. The original person was too busy. She asked another girl to help me. 18 minutes waisted, waiting for a cold coffee.

My coworker stopped and grabbed us drinks this morning. I had a good inch + of empty room in my cup. I get leaving room for whipped cream. However 1-2 inches of it is unnecessary. This isn’t the first time either. For the price of a drink there shouldn’t be that much empty space in a cup!

Not accommodating at all for moms with children. Asked if I could please get 1 venti drink split into two tall cups for my kids and they straight up said no. Not even a sorry and no explanation LOL another time they refused my birthday drink! Will never support Starbucks as they are so PC anyways... discriminating against biological women.

Workers must have been high, because although English was their primary language, they could not communicate coherently with us or each other. Chaotic experience and perplexing behaviour by all three employees.

My complaint is the drinks are amazing EVERY TIME! So… I can’t stop ordering. Stop being the BEST! I need to not have lattes! And this amazing customer service for my 40 questions all answered has to stop too. Please start sucking so I don’t keep ordering.
