We bought a used fridge from the Appliance Shop and are very happy with the customer service we received from them. Dan was very helpful from the moment we walked in and answered all our questions and concerns. I appreciate the fact that they offer a 1 yr warranty. When the fridge was delivered the guys were very professional and curious. We've never bought a secondhand appliance before so this was a very new experience for us. Thank you Appliance Shop for making the transition to a used fridge very comfortable.

Danny was amazing. I had fantastic service from both the showroom and the delivery installs guys. I had a minor issue and it was resolved with lightning speed no questions asked.I would buy my next appliances from them for sure.Keep up the great work and thank you.

The day before the July long weekend I went in looking for a top load washing machine as mine had crapped out the night before. Danny hooked me up with a washer in excellent condition for a very fair price. Even though they were busy with deliveries (and would be closed over the long weekend), he was able to expedite my delivery. Steven and Jacob showed up with my machine and had it hooked up and operational in no time. They also took the old machine away. From start to finish it wasn’t even 20 minutes. Friendly, clean, professional, what more could I ask for. I highly recommend The Appliance Shop. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Hands down to these folks; from a very friendly and knowledgeable sales manager to two tough and very friendly guys that delivered our not so new laundry center. Thank you Danny(sales), Steven and Jacob(delivery and installation) for a professional, very friendly and efficient service. You guys will be our go to place from now on. I recently purchased a refurbished washing machine from this store and had an amazing experience. The service was excellent, the prices were affordable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They helped me find the perfect machine, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in my decision. The washing machine itself works flawlessly and looks brand new. Recently purchased a washer and dryer for my condo because I needed something bigger. I called in and left a message to discuss options. 5 minutes later I got a call right back! Let Danny know what I was looking for and he was very honest and knowledgable with his recommendations. He did not mind giving me time to answer all my questions thoroughly and even sent photos of the units we discussed before I even came down in person. Really great price for the washer and dryer along with delivery and install. Steven and Jacob were made it in the promised time slot and managed to get my old unit out and put the new unit in quick and painlessly. After a few good runs I can also say both of the appliances work amazing and get my clothes cleaner than anything else I have had in the past. 5 out of 5 and will be recommending to anybody looking for appliances.

Just recently purchased a stack washer/dryer set at a price that I could not find anywhere else, not even second hand searches like marketplace. AND this includes a in-store warranty which is a huge bonus and peace of mind for me. Not only that, the delivery team went above and beyond, not only carrying , lifting , and managing their way through my tight-knit house but also coming to the realizarion that I didn't have long enough venting. They chose not to leave me hanging until I could go buy more and connect it up myself as a little lady, instead they drove all the way back to their shop got extra venting, drove back and finished the installation all out of kindness. In my opinion from the pleasurable sales manager ( Danny) who helped me with this whole process , down to the delivery team who tottally went above and beyond , I highly recommend this company to anybody who's wondering :)

Once more, the Appliance Shop delivers! In more ways than one. I manage a few properties for my son and we recently needed to replace a fridge in one property and a washing machine in another. So I went back to Danny at the Appliance Shop where we had purchased a stove for yet another suite recently. He gave us some great deals on both appliances and their fee for delivery, install, and pick-up and disposal of the old appliance is very reasonable. I would also like to mention how nice, efficient and knowledgeable the delivery guys were, as well as the fact that all appliances come with a one-year parts and labor warranty. Best place to get affordable and reliable appliances. Plus, we recycle by purchasing refurbished appliances... this is a win-win-win!

This place is fantastic! I bought this reconditioned dryer 3.5 years ago for $200.00. It's not fancy but it does what I need it to do. Just had a service call on it. The thermal fuse needed to be replaced. From talking to Jim at their shop to Trace the service technician, they were both so great to deal with. Trace had the problem fixed in less than 15 mins. For me, I will likely never buy a new dryer or other appliances. Most of their appliances come with a one year warranty. This is the place to go!

Got a dryer delivered to my place today by Steven (possibly Stephen) and Jacob. I was told by my landlord it would be between 11am-4pm. They called at noon, told me they were 15 minutes away and got here in 15 minutes. Really appreciate the punctuality! The little room my washer and dryer are in made it difficult to remove the old dryer and install the new one but the guys did a great job. Thank you!
