I never write reviews but apparently this place didn't want to sell me anything. I called on Thursday afternoon to inquire about purchasing a cpap machine. They basically made it sound like a long process and that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. It is now Tuesday and no call.. anyway too late I called their competitors located in the same building and they sold me a unit and supplies the same day I called (Monday).Update: they called me a week later to book an appointment.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Medigas and their staff. Samantha helped me get my appointment as soon as possible, and she helped me get what I needed for my insurance company.When I showed up for my appointment the whole team popped up and happily greeted me, it felt like I walked into a friend's house! After helping me choose my mask, Samantha gave me a thorough training session on how to use my machine and answered all of my questions!Great staff, great experience, very knowledgeable and personable! Highly recommend them for your CPAP needs!

The staff was not at all eager to help. They didn't seem to want to wait on me. Felt like I was bothering them. Will never go back. Horrible experience.There is a place a couple doors down called inspiair. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a CPAP machine so I didn't have to go another night without one. Inspiair was absolutely amazing 1000 times better than medigas. Everyone should go there instead!!!!

When I came to Medigas for my machine I thought that I would just pick it up and leave. The exact opposite was what I expected, I was met buy courteous receptionist who directed me to a consultation room. Samantha came into the room and put me at ease and explained exactly what sleep apnea was and how the machine helps. Samantha explained about the need to use the machine and to not give up or to get frustrated. Samantha helped me to understand so much better than the sleep specialist that called me to tell me I had sleep apnea, All I need to say is that Medigas and Samantha helped to save my life.

I met Sara at Medigas in Leamington to get an APAP machine and I was really impressed by her professionalism. She was listening carefully and she answered with patience all my questions which surprisingly took and hour and a half, so I am really thankful to her.

Amazing service! Sleep clinic originally sent my prescription back in March 2022 to inspireAir next door, until today have not received any update other than me calling to be told I’m on the list and blaming the pandemic. I finally requested the clinic to send to Medigas and was called the next week for my machine! Thoroughly explained everything and were very efficient. Thank you Medigas!!

Towards the end of October 2020. I purchased various items from Medigas. I found the staff to not only be helpful but knowledgeable concerning their products. I was especially pleased with a young lady, Samanatha who helped immensely and answered all my questions throughly. Thanks again Medigas and Have a wonderful Christmas.

I just picked up my new cpap machine yesterday !This was my first time dealing with Medigas in Windsor and i am very impressed with the whole experience. Great friendly staff and they took the time to make sure i was fully educated on my new cpap.As for the new cpap my first night was amazing and never got that much quality sleep in weeks ! :)Thanks again to the great staff and looking forward to my future needs with Medigas in windsor.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. They will sit down with you and show you how to use the machine and masks. Getting a CPAP at a younger age can be embarrassing and they don't make you feel that way at all.
