Excellent service! Amanda and John were so friendly and helpful. After my absolutely useless visits to Bell at Markville and almost rude conversations with their staff I got at Bell Woodbine a wonderful treatment. Thank you, Amanda and John! You are awesome!

Whats the need for Bell mobility Locations if all the things can be done via customer service.When visited came to knew that they cant offer good loyalty rewards or better services they advise you instead to call the customer care for further inquries which when called will definately take 2-3 hours of your life which you are not getting back.

Under staffed or so it seems. Waited 15 minutes to be told they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock. Three different customers were being served by one employee (slowly) while there were a couple of people in the back office not coming out to help.

I went into this bell store to transfer my contacts and the rep was amazing , super nice and was able to transfer all my information . very happy with the service , would highly reccomend

No stars for you guys, Just got out of the Bell store here at woodbine and denison, had a cracked screen protector and when bell sold me the plan they told I can go to any store and get the screen changed if it ever cracks. Was sent back from the store at woodbine and denison telling me that they are a private franchise and wont do it and go find a corporate store. When I checked online they were showing up as a Bell store and there was a huge blue Bell sign up front, go figure. For the record I had a cracked screen protector before and was replaced by a Bell store in mississauga no questions asked.

The worst customer service ever , they treat people really bad . Make you feel that they do you a favour to be open although they only open few hours , 5 hours from 11-4 . The lady at the front Miranda was so unprofessional and doesn’t want to listen what you need nor to help in any way , even when the manager came from the back office , he was following same way of treating customers like slaves .No wonder all the bad reviews I just read .Never again . Can’t imagine how these people are in still in business !!!

Came in on January 31 to upgrade from prepaid to a plan that was offered as a promotion. The blonde lady took my sim card and didnt tell me she would be killing" it and therefore making it unusable and rendering all my phone numbers on it irretrievable. She even returned the sim card to me

I went to this Bell store to open a new account for internet,phone and TV and was greeted by a lethargic customer service rep. He was slow to look up a price for me ,and had an extremely poor customer service attitude.Due to this store being a franchise the quality of service diminished considerable.I have gone to another Bell store which is connected to Bell Canada and was not a franchise and received outstanding Bell service and was quoted a price which was 30% lower than the franchise unit.Avoid this Woodbine and Dennison store if you want quality service.

I have a corporate plan and these guys have been so helpful throughout the last 2 years. The staff Communication is very good and they help you understand changes that go on. Quick to respond through email or calling I highly recommend this place.
