Was just there today. They are always, the first place I think of when I need something lock and key related. Competitive prices, good customer service. Note to people reading this review: They have a very nice showroom, full of designer knobs, etc. Drop in and see them sometime.

They are pretty quick and adaptable I got a new circle key set for my lock and they did it in about 30 minutes to an hour I was quite satisfied. They charged me about $30 which isn't too bad. It's much safer to have them change a lock or a key then to buy a whole new device. So they give you the value that you're looking for.

Excellent service. My keys were cut in just a few minutes. I was impressed that there was no issue reproducing a broken key and both worked first try when I got home. It was certainly better than taking my chances at a hardware store. Reasonably priced too.

Excellent service and able to copy my CMB key

I expected a small locksmith shop, but this place is actually bigger than I expected.I was looking for replacement spring latch for an outside door and brought my damaged piece. They had my part in stock and the person at the front desk helped me ensure it was the right part.The person I dealt with was very helpful, polite and professional.While I can't vouch for their mobile service, I definitely recommend this place for all your lock related needs.As far as the price, the part was a few cents more than amazon, price was exactly 20.00$, which in a way I find convenient so its easy to add up in your mind. In case I'm not clear: the price was competitive and reasonable.

Great place to copy your safety deposit key

Got my car key cut. It is a lazer cut foldable key. Paid around fourty bucks and saved around 100 bucks. Car dealership asked hundred fifty for a key. People working there are so friendly, know what they are doing. Their website is very accurate and all the services are listed there as well. Best locksmiths in Fredericton. No doubt. But bit expensive than the CanadianTire which offers limited options for ya.

Service is fantastic, results... well, they work! Professionals at what they do, super quick, super nice. They have a huge selection of key blanks, matched what Canadian Tire couldn't. Prices are slightly higher than C. T., but the service is top-notch.Addendum: yes, their mask mandate is still in place as of the time of writing. Yes, they provide you with a mask if you don't have one. Yes, I'll happily comply -- it's their store, their rules. I can understand they want to be extra-cautious about safety.

I had to get some copies of a key made.I walked in and they had them copied and out the door within 5 minutes.The copies all worked on the first try, no redoing. Great friendly service.

Quick stop to get a couple keys cut. In case anyone is wondering yes all covid protocols are in place. It's great to see businesses going the extra mile for the health and safety of others and its greatly appreciated.
