I left my shoes there wanting to add a strap. A more or less complicated job that not a lot of people are willing to do, so I was willing to pay the extra at this place which is more expensive than other shoemakers. They never called me to tell me my shoes were ready, when I called to ask they didn't know. And when I finally picked them up (a month later), they had not put holes in the straps for the buckle. I won't be going back.

I went there when i needed to reglue the heel of my boots. Small job. the shop keeper told me it would take about 20 minutes. I came back 30 minute and the boot was ready as estimated by the shop keeper. The boot heel was glued back but there was a large cut as tho it was made with an exacto knife. Additionally there was a mark on the heel it seem like it was done from one of the clams used to hold the boot. the shop keeper refused to acknowledge that she has done those damage. We ended up having to pay for the repair anyway.if you value your goods don't go there. Proceed at your own risk you've been warned.

Good choice of shoes, good service but there was a lot of people coming in so we had to wait some time to try on each shoe.
