Ricardo is very efficient and he explains everything very well. He is quick and his prices are reasonable. His friendly manner makes you comfortable. I will definitely call him for any more plumbing issues.

We called Leak Free Plumbing on the weekend after a pipe in our house sprung a leak. They arrived quickly and fixed the problem in no time. They were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend their service.

Ricardo was fast, reliable and a professional as he demonstrated his knowledge in finding the root cause of the leak rather than the symptom we were seeing. Total work took only an hour or so and he was fair and upfront about the cost and timely with the work. Would highly recommend. Ricardo was available on short notice and did an excellent job swapping out a utility sink in my laundry room and putting in on off valves in the same location. The old sink had a trap seal primer and the new one didn't so this required some modifications to the drain in the basement and a complete reworking of the drain pipes under the sink both which he was able to do quickly and effectively.

Ricardo has been helping me with a wide range of issues for several years. He has always been reliable and efficient. I was always pleased with his work and I will keep going back to him. Highly recommended.

We were in a serious time crunch when I called Ricardo. He promptly came to look at the job, explained the parts needed and gave us a very reasonable quote. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and takes pride in his workmanship (a trait I have not seen in a while). He arrived on time to perform the work, unloaded all the materials and did not have to go back to his truck until he had finished!Highly recommend his services to Everyone!

His cost was too high and I felt he may have been dishonest. His 1st job was to replace my water main valve, which went well, but there were delays on site due to Kinston Utilities, and he was nice enough to not charge me on that time. But- the next visit was to change 4 simple lever valves of water supply at my washing machine. I later priced the valves at $25 each, so total $100. He charged me $200! The job took 1 hour, a simple job, but he charged me $300 on labour. So, total cost was $500! This was properly a $300 job, if he was being fair. So- I think he over charged me to make up for his extra time on the 1st site visit of replacing the water main valve. Not an honest plumber. Too expensive. And a bit of a burly attitude, too.

This was my first-time using Leak Free Plumbing. After booking my appointment online, I got a text within minutes inquiring what plumbing repairs needed to get done. Ricardo was professional. He arrived early and evaluated the problem. He was great at explaining what the problem seemed to be, how he would fix it, and was upfront with regards to pricing and found to be very reasonable. I also chatted about other plumbing questions I had, and he made recommendations. My entire experience from start to finish was incredibly positive. I'm calling Ricardo (Leak Free Plumbing) again without hesitation.
