I love the Piping Kettle. The food is great and the tall young blonde girl was really helpful. However, when I was eating here tonight I saw a pile of ants under the table and immediately lost my appetite. It was disgusting.

Was pretty delicious.Lots of options for sandwiches breads and soups. The sandwich options are pretty basic though nothing special. The soups were very flavorful. Service was friendly and quick.Overall value for money is amazing and sizes are good. They don't cheap out on toppings!

Ordered online tonight and was dissatisfied with my order. I didn't receive my drink, there were no crackers with the order, and I asked for honey mustard and received yellow mustard. I understand these are small things, but I'm not mad...just disappointed.

Many choices to please pretty much any dietary need. Gluten free soup and bread, vegan options. Great smoothies, delicious sandwiches and tasty soups. The staff are excellent, friendly, efficient. Sales on soups at the end of the night. Points to save up and use toward future purposes. Free soup on your birthday if you sign up online. Great place! Happy to have it in our neighbourhood!

This place is good but seriously missing out on its true potential because it could be amazing. Menu selection is fantastic. Service is fine but not particularly friendly or fast - always feels a bit like I'm inconveniencing the staff by being there.. Really impersonal.If you folks are using a mirepoix for your soups you really should tone down the portion of celery and work on blending it better because I should not be finding chunks of carrot, celery and onion in my Broccoli soup!So far I have enjoyed all the food, but it could be so much better if you paid a little more attention to details.

The broccoli and cheddar soup is delicious but the sandwich was a large dry bun with one slice of meat on it. Not much of a sandwich and very much overpriced. I will come back for soup though.

The Piping Kettle is absolutely the place for daily, made in store soups. The flavours are delicious, and the ingredients are fresh. As well, the sandwiches are very decently proportioned.

Plenty of parking in the parking lot out front of the restaurant.This is sort of a fast food soup place but it hasn't lost any of the tastes of the soup. I had a large brocolli cheddar and it filled me right up. It would have been nice if there was 2 people working as one person making sandwiches and spooning the soup out so it took a bit longer to be served in full.If you bring your own container you can save $0.20 on your order and you help to save mother nature.Great soup so check it out.

We ordered lunch through their website, which apparently uses Doordash. When it was delivered one of the soups was missing even though it showed up on the receipt. When we called the store they basically said our only options were store credit or a refund through the app. We have been customers of this store for a while and even navigated issues like this in the past and have never had such terrible service. I guess you can't rely on your whole lunch showing up.
