847 Law not only wasted over 2 1/2 months of my time but was not even able to get a response from the company. I did it through my own social media pressure. When asked about this timeline I was told and I quote It has not even been 2 months since this matter was sent to us so your timeline is not correct" even though we have email communications from over two months ago as well as a phone call days before that. Not only did I waste $350 for just one letter and very poor advice with no results but almost 3 months of my time is now been wasted and I am being called a liar?. This law office has now made it extremely hard for me to follow up on a case against a McDonald's employee spitting in my food. If you have an easy case maybe use these guys they're very nice however if you want tough lawyers that will stand up for you and take care of business this might not be the choice."

My lawyer was super unprofessional, and was actually a student at law who failed to preform properly over a family matter.I am a domestic violence survivor and this office failed to protect me and my family- despite knowing the history between my ex and I.Others have named him (the student at law lawyer); but he does not even deserve one star.He was being abusive over email; writing in bold and all caps and then saying that he was not trying to be offensive by doing so. Then dropped my case.Your lawyer should work for you; not against you.I believe it is discrimination because once my nationality was brought up in court he started treating me differently despite me appearing to be Caucasian.If you also have problems with your lawyer; you can contact The Law Society and make a report. These people are not above the law!Response: 4 months with your law firm, 3 affidavits filed against me and not one response. Not one.Thank you for wasting my time.

It was easy talking with John Faul, and he's super responsive in terms of online communication. He's  been notably empathetic to my mother's situation, which makes it feel like you actually are cared for. Our experience has been nothing but positive, so I'd definitely recommend this firm!

I worked with John. He was good at being prompt with emails etc. he was good at coming up with a plan. Where it fell is he said nothing in my defense when it came time and nothing about what we went over was brought up either. When I brought it up with Irma there was no help with my concerns. They just said they’d were busy and couldn’t take my case no more. I was with legal aid so I don’t know if that’s why things turn out like this. Either way I wouldn’t recommend this office for family law.
