Brought my truck in for a few issues and received excellent service from the service advisor. He took the time to explain what was done and answer all of my questions. Turns out the issues, or so I though, was actually normal functions from equipment installed on my truck that I did not know it had. They are very honest and charged accordingly. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Great service and in a timely manner. When I arrived was informed of a little delay, but I think might have been only an extra 15 mins so very acceptable.

Good mechanics, nice service. Only reason i leave 1 star is because they charged me for tires permutation which is included in my package. From what i understand they were supposed to do the permutation every oil changes but they did not do it my last 3 oil changes. The last oil change i had to request the permutation trough the official website entering my warranty package and the permutation was included. When it was time to get my keys there was a bill, i told them it's included with my package but they said they always charge for this. I had to pay to get my keys. There was about 1000$ worth of maintenance to do on my truck but decided to go elsewhere for this reason.

Overall great service and very patient with customers! We had been to the dealership last year in the fall to see what was available and the salesperson Shawn was great. We approached Shawn in February to purchase a truck and he was quick to provide options even with the changes my husband requested. Shawn and Elie were able to find the truck we needed. Elie clearly set the pricing and financing in terms that was easily understood. Kudos to the Sales team and Service group! They go the extra distance to help out where they can! Thank you all

From start to finish they worked closely with me, addressed my needs, got me into my new vehicle and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth, painless process. My salesman was Mickael, he was great! I came here to have an axle seal leak looked at on my ram 1500 since it's covered by the powertrain warranty. There were clear drips that I've been keeping an eye on for a few weeks along with the differential fluid level. They categorized it as just sweating" and charged me 70$ just to look at it. I left a bit perplexed because I had looked at it the morning of and there were definitely drops of gear oil on the axle seal. I chose to respect the techs assessment and thanked them for their time. Leaving the shop I found my truck backed right into a snow bank. They have no regard for people's property and I'm questioning the validity of the inspection all together now. Service was hilariously bad and I wouldn't come back here even if they paid me to. Mechanic throwing a hissy fit when I mentioned they should be careful with people's vehicles was definitely the icing on the cake of why I'll never come back here. There's a back up camera on the truck
