Although very unhappy with Shaw (they just lost me after 12 straight years) this place made my equipment return easy. Didn't have to wait long, staff knew what they were doing and they had me closed out within a couple minutes. So good experience at this location, but bad experience with Shaw in general past couple years. Bye Shaw.

Their thieves. I canceled my service and paid up to then. But a month later and 37 phone calls later I finally got it canceled. I have record of those 37 phone calls and I'm not paying the last month . I'm taking them to court.

First time Shaw customer for my grandma since the apartment she moved to is Shaw only apparently.Got the plan, made the appointment well in advance before the move for the technician to install the equipment.The day the technician was suppose to come. We waited for 5 hours, with no phone call or text message. We phoned customer service and they were helpful at first. But were passing blame and saying to call the store we purchased the package from.We called the store and they told us to call customer support.There was no offer to get a different technician to install the equipment. They were passing responsibility to someone else. And had to book an appointment 2 days later.If it wasn't for the fact that grandma needs a phone so she can contact her family. But if she were to have an accident, communicating with life alert will be more difficult since her hub isn't connected to a landline.So far, pretty bad experience for us all.

I was very happy with Shaw until I moved last August. My move before that was completely okay, no issues with service etc. This last move though - I have never received SO many phone calls trying to get me to upgrade, surveys and even at one time, trying to threaten me with a forced upgrade that would cost more, which is not ideal at the time after just purchasing a home.Now, I absolutely understand people have jobs to do, but I tried to tell your company at least FOUR times now to PLEASE stop calling me with things like these. I did not want to take this to Google reviews, but two days in a row now after I said please stop yesterday - I look forward to changing providers at this point.

This review is for Shaw as a whole. Your service is garbage. 3 technicians have been here replaced equipment and still have intermittent wifi. Resetting the router about 6 times a day. It has cost me thousands in lost profits. For the price you charge there should be no problems. I will be canceling and returning to bell. 15 years with them never needed tech support.

This company has crooks for agents. They are trained to upsell uninformed clients (senior citizens) instead of explaining the options and recommending the best plan for their budget and very basic/minimal needs. Then once you call and ask to make changes (scale back), they act all condescending, and even lie that we've only been clients for 2-4 years according to their records (and not almost 20 years *shocked*).

I ask management to find out who was on shift at the polo park on January 9, 2023. Disgusting treatment with an emphasis on nationalism from the seller. I signed a contract for 2 years with another very nice seller. I’m happy with the Internet, but I wanted to clarify how much I have to pay. And, alas, I ended up with another seller during this shift. He behaved nervously and incorrectly. I cried all evening because of resentment.

Not only have we had SUUUUPER dodgy internet the entire time we’ve lived at our current residence, but they’re super ageist and ablest. No common sense whatsoever when setting up an appointment for an 87 year old, disabled arthritic woman, moving out of her home of 65 years into an assisted living complex that has a buzzer box that requires a landline, the tech that showed up, called the buzzer box landline, that he was there to set up and then left when he got a notification that the phone number wasn’t connected. Then they sent her an email with the reschedule time on it. What email does she have? You were there to set up her phone email and Internet. How does the person setting up the appointment not take into consideration that you will have no way to contact her. Why wasn’t an alternative contact requested!? How does the technician coming to set up? His service is not clue win that he will not be able to get access because he is there to set up that landline. She has no idea how any of this works, she has never had to live in a place with a call box before. She thought there was a buzzer in her sweet, and she also thought that there would be a person at the front desk when they showed up because shaw only tries once, it is very easy to miss the person that works the front desk because they often have to step away. Now they expect her to sit in the lobby for up to 4 HOURS the day after she moved there, because when they rescheduled they couldn’t give her a time. If I hadn’t intervened she’d have no way of knowing what was going on. Shaw needs to sort their systems out, provide better services for the elderly and the otherly abled. Take into account the living situation that people are moving into and the stress levels They are under when they move. This took me two hours to resolve things last night, and I got nothing but attitude from the third person I spoke to (they kept transferring me to the wrong department.) If you can get service from someone else I would highly recommend it.
