They give honest advise and as a result of years of consistent high quality work, I can say that I highly recommend them. Total RIP OFF" joint. Replaced and charged for sway bars links that were brand new and put in by another shop 45 days earlier. When confronted and asked to show us how the removed parts had failed he just shrugged his shoulders. We were also charged $45.50 for "shop supplies". When asked just exactly did we consume on our vehicle to warrant such an exorbinate amount of shop supplies

Our car started making an odd noise on our road trip from Edmonton to Canmore. We stopped over on Red Deer and called around to auto shops. These guys saw us quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and swiftly had us safely back on the road. No BS, just good ol’ friendly service!

The worst customer service I have ever received. I was going to give this company a try because of the reviews and because another mechanic was recommending customers go to Erle's while he was off work. When I initially phoned the quote I received was over twice the amount to get the work done as other mechanics in the area. I was told to bring my car in at 8 or 9. I brought it in at 8. When I arrived, I asked when they might be able to look at it because it's our only vehicle. He was super angry and frustrated and said he couldn't say they were really busy, he said he would call me. I decided not to wait in the waiting room as it's not cut off from the main shop and smelled of exhaust. At around 11am I had heard nothing and went back to the shop. The same guy came out and I asked if they had a chance to look at the car. He responded very aggressively, NO
