I wish to give a big thank you to Grant Harris for exceptional customer service. He ran tests quickly and educated my father how to conduct his own tests and what actions to take in the event of a problem. Grant was very friendly.

Grant Harris is professional, knowledgeable and personable. It’s the second time he’s done our Hvac Maintence and it was a great experience. Who knew that I would look forward to getting my furnace cleaned? Super friendly guy, a king of kindness. My dogs were relaxed and calm with his presence. He worked fast and efficient so I could get back to work. His high level of customer service is an incentive to continue with Enercare’s Heating and Cooling program.

I wish there is a zero or negative rating option. This company is a complete fraud, charging me for the rental cost of a water boiler that I never purchased or agree to be installed in my house. REMEMBER, THIS COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO BE MY GAS PROVIDER!!! After 5-7 calls, I subsequently paid for the cost of the water boiler in full and was still charged by ENBRIDGE for the rental cost of the boiler. This company makes use of a gap the consumer protection law to defraud house owner and yet you cannot report them to the Consumer Protection Ontario at the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services because it does not fall under the Consumer Protection Act

This company allows scammers to create accounts under your name. We have called multiple times and had this issue “dealt with”. I have never owned a home, and still month after month I some how have a bill for Ottawa. Never been, never will. I would like to thank Grant Harris for the exceptional customer service. Grant made a maintenance call at my parents place for their furnace and was so kind and courteous that my mother called me to write a review.
