Guelph Infiniti

The Service team at Guelph Infiniti is just awesome. Service Incharge Mr. Will is excellent and Service Technician Mr. Gord is very knowledgeable and resolves maintenance issues quickly. Overall great experience during multiple Service calls.

All employees there are very professional. Place is nice & my infinity QX 50 was serviced in reasonable time. Fixing a little lose passenger door cost me $79 while brake checking $80 these are unfair we as loyal customers did not get any discount.

Why this is a great place to deal with.most recently our Q50 was in need of warranty work.. Mike Hendriks was able to expedited the process for us so the work could be completed while our vehicle was having other work done by one of the dealership's outside vendors. This was great because it meant that we were not inconvenienced twice.. other dealerships we have dealt with have made us wait thinking only of their own needs. Mike took the time to make the process work for us the dealership always strives to do there best to look after us. When ever we are in for service or parts everyone is friendly and courteous. Andy and Scott always take time to say hello when they see us. We have the same experience dealing with Guelph Nissan their sister dealership down the road.They have all made us - customers for life.

I spoke to someone named Andy Anderson. He sounded very racist.

Very disappointed with customer service, and questioning the integrity of the dealership. The vehicle was driven in to the dealership to diagnose a timing code issue, car was returned on a tow truck, later finding out that the the engine will no longer rotate. Dealership stated they disconnected the battery to prevent any further damage from starting the engine, as the timing was out, and gallery gasket needed replacement.We never started the engine, but later found out that the engine will not rotate. Dealership is not taking any responsibility in their diagnosis and events that happened at the dealership. Response to the Better Business Bureau from the dealership did not address the issue either, no dealership accountability shown at all.

Mike and his staff in the service department have made it easy and convenient to deal with Guelph Infiniti. Thanks for all you do. Also would like to thank Andrew Anderson of the Infiniti sales team. A real pleasure to deal with.

Raj is an excellent sales advisor. Responsive, patient, informative, and transparent. Purchasing a car can be challenging and often involve conversations where customers feel they are being pushed or bullied into a sale. Raj doesn't do any of that. I would highly recommend working with him if you want to work with a great sales person who has your best interest at heart.

On Feb 6/23 I purchased the car of my dreams from Brooke Krapek at Guelph Infinite. When I had been in the test driving phase of my search for the perfect car I knew, after meeting Brooke, I wanted to purchase a car from her. Brooke was knowledgeable about the product, professional, resourceful and most importantly, I trusted her. Both, Brooke and Theo Sheldrick made the purchase and pick up of my Infinite QX50 a memorable moment for me. I highly recommend Guelph Infinite and their team.

Received phenomenal customer service at Guelph Infinity for buying my used 2016 Scion FRS. Our sales person Andy was such an outstanding guy, providing me with a lot of information on the car, going the extra mile to make sure the car was in tip-top shape when I received it and overall being extremely welcoming. I truly felt like I was in good hands. I also have to give a huge shout out to Lauren Kim, the business manager who handled our financing. My parents are immigrant Koreans and having someone who was able to speak to them in their language, and also was incredibly patient when they did not understand was seriously exceptional. She was so kind, and I would 100% recommend anyone come here when looking for a car.

Recently dealt with Mike Hendricks regarding a warranty issue i was having with my QX50. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. Great to deal with and i would highly recommend. Thanks Mike.
