Can't seem to get directions via google maps.tells me all about Tim Horton's (which I already know) but can't get directions to go to closest Tim Horton's.why does everything have to be so complicated??

Store was just ok for cleanliness...woman's bathroom DISGUSTING. One toilet not working, water all over the floor, garbage, dirty sink, toilet...yuk!

Have been going there multiple times a week for the last few months @ this ontario street in the plaza.. it’s always messed up. Today I got three bagels and they handed it to me with the bag completely ripped and said “be careful” when you could just rebag it...anyways I order a bagel belt and have been missing the egg, ask for no tomato and mayo and never get it .. I get rushed through my order all the time. Not very good customer service at all

Went through drive thru here Sunday morning June 11 ordering two coffee. Lady taking order was miserable. Got to window and said debit. No mention of any problems with payment options and no sign posted. Gave the lady in glasses my wife's debit and it tried to go through. Only then did the lady in glasses mention that debit may not be working. Had coffee ready and on ledge. We scraped together enough change for the large but didn't have enough for the medium. She proceeded to place the finished medium to the side. I asked why wouldn't she give the medium when no sign was posted or no mention of debit problems was made. Still no medium. I assume it went down the drain. Very poor service and attitude on the lady in glasses. We are loyal Tim Horton customers who left this Tims with a very bad taste in my mouth, and no morning coffee. Badly done Tim Hortons.

Well, Tim Hortons you made me upset this morning I got a pumpkin spice latte picked it up feltlike there was nothing in it opened it up and this is how much you put in there and and you charge an arm and a leg for this drink you disappoint me.

Service was exceptionally slow. I dont know who made the coffee, but it was not up to Timmies standards. It was the worse coffee I have had in a long time.

Very bad service experience, waiting for a long time even the young men is free, and I order 3 xl coffee have buy 2 one free code, and he know and scane my code, but he still charge me for 3 cups.

I'm not sure if anyone actually reads these because clearly nothing is ever fixed.. The night shift kid has no idea what he's doing.. He couldn't make change out of a 20 for my mom and then dropped her change all over the ground and said oops and closed the window on her!!My dad has scolding coffee dropped on his handThis morning my husband went in for coffee and was greated with what are you getting...no hello no how can I help you. So damn un professional.. The list seriously just keeps going on.I guess changing the establishment to get my family coffee is the only answer to how poorly this place is run!
