Nichole and Wanda went out of their way to help us get a stroller for our child that had two sprained ankles. Super friendly and helpful. Best visit to CT ever!

PLEASE DO NOT go here for any automotive needs i went here first just for a replacement tire they told me i would have to drive out to carbonear to get the tire myself and that they called and put it on hold for me i drove all the way out the Canadian tire there had no clue what i was talking about and ended up selling me an old discontinued tire for full price when i finally got my tire replaced it had a leak within the first week i brought it back and then they told me i needed a new battery told me it would be $200 everything included when i showed up they tried to get me to pay $300 it turns out i didn’t even need a new battery to begin with they are scammers who just want to take your money

Kelsey drive location is my least favorite to visit. The isles are VERY crowded and narrow. I only go here if I know I won't need a shopping cart. This is probably the busiest location, make sure you check their website to see if they have items in stock that you are looking for.3 stars for the store due to lack of stock & layout.4 stars for the helpful employees.

Absolute scam my girlfriend went for a tire change and it takes them an hour to realize they don't have any of the ones we picked out 2 days prior! Then they try to upsell us on new ones telling my girlfriend she's wrong about any and everything. They blatantly tried to take advantage of her thinking we had no other options. 0/10 stay far far far away especially if you don't know enough to know they are scamming you

Purchased an inferior propane torch tip and lost receipt otw to return it next day for better model... They understood as it was paid for cash we couldn't look up receipt on computer. So now when it breaks they happily exchange for another of the same model but better then nothing .

A total scam. I went to change my tires and they started to sell me that my battery is near dead and I need a new one. Tried selling I need new brake pads when mine is good for another year. And I don’t even know what they left under my hood.

The staff are very helpful and the prices are fair. I utilize the point program and ensure I load the monthly deals on my card every month. I've gotten many points that I've cashed in for free merchandise.

Dropped my car off for a tire swap which resulted in $1600 in additional work. I was okay with that and authorized a certain amount of it. What could have been done 100% better was communication. No one called to let me know my car would not be ready at the end of day one, leaving me stranded and having to find a ride home. I found out when I returned at the end of the day to pickup! I understood that the amount of work may take extra time but at no time was that ever communicated to me. Day 2, no one called to let me know the car was ready for pickup.I also found a charge on my bill for “wiper replacement” totaling over $63.00 which I did not authorize. They refunded it and promptly put my old wipers back on. Seriously? Beware the sneaky motives of this store. I now question whether my extra “work” was actually required. I guess I should have trusted my gut to NOT go to Canadian Tire for auto service in the first place. Never again.

Quoted a job at automotive to replace AC compressor and charge the system.Over the phone ~$400. Fair enough.Dropped off vehicle and signed the estimate for ~$230 with an expectation of variance.Received a call to say my car was ready and it was over $800. Person who advised me said there may have been a mistake and would call me back.Hour later, went in store, $610 at the counter.Service manager was belligerent at best and argued I agreed to the repair price last year when I originally ordered the compressor. Actually had the gall to let me know that prices YoY haven't changed and I should appreciate the fact the work was done. From what I can figure out out the original estimate, that I signed, didn't include any labor or charge for the AC fluid.Estimates are estimates and I expect there to be variance due to X,Y or Z reason. A 3-4x increase with 0 communication is outrageous.+ The store is a beesnest. Probably 3x the inventory in the store than needed.Worst Canadian Tire on the island. Never again.
